+ -1 moreChad was very professional, let me know from start to end what he found and showed me the parts needed for a smooth operation of the garage door. Don’t go with anyone else folks. Chad knows what he is doing, has been doing this for 31 years, is kind, considerate, and quickly got everything done with the hourZ This company should be shown first on Angie’s List. It’s definitely a A++++.
Description of Work: Spring broke on garage door, chain was sloppy from last repair which was “Best Overhead Garage Door” and gear in motor was ready to break. Also the bearings after torsion bar was taken off needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: easy to work with and helpful with decisions i was struggling over. | |did not try to upsell. cost was similar to other companies. the way he worked with me is what convinced me to go with him. | |work done on a timely basis. old doors and hardware were neatly packed on the truck and all trash was hauled away as well. | |explained how to use and how to maintain.

Description of Work: installed new CLOPAY door with insulation and steel backing. Installed new garage door opener. removed all old material.

+ -1 moreGarage door wouldn't open one morning, so I called Mid Valley and they came out same day and did repairs and made improvements for what I thought was a very reasonable price.
Description of Work: Garage door spring had broken and they replaced it. Also changed out rollers which they said were the wrong size and were inferior quality, garage door is now much more quiet when opening.

+ -1 moreI have had them come back to service it. They just checked and lubricated it. They are prompt, reasonable, and reliable. They have a Tri-Valley office and a Central Valley office. Each year they come back and service the door.
