They completed the job and they made sure they got it done right but there were some issues with the guy giving me some attitude. He tried to reschedule. I do not know who he hired for subcontracting but the first time he didn’t surface everything evenly. There were spots unfinished and some areas that was still plain with a flat paint. There was hair stuck in there and drip marks. It was a bad, bad finish. I was complaining and he ended up coming back again. The guy apologized and he got new paint. He got new supplies and he redid everything in a couple of days. I give him credit and I appreciate that. If I were to do it again, I probably will not use him again.

this client was a very nice gentleman, but never available. His wife new nothing of the project and would not let us in the home. It made it very difficult to address his valid concerns. The initial estimate for the work to be completed was $3,500. He than decided to cut the project in half to save money, only to add it back in while we were in the process of project number one. He did it in such a fashion that makes it difficult to complete and prioritize properly. I gave in not only to the add on work, but at a far reduced price than the initial estimate. As such, it threw us a curve and I was not correctly set up to do a great job. That is my fault. I should have delayed the project a week, and had the right crew available. But he had move in time constraints. He made one call to me, and I made arrangements to re do all the work, the next day. But as stated earlier, we did not have full and complete access as his wife didn't want us there when she was home. After a week of me calling him, he finally made arrangements to get in. I brought the right crew, bought all new materials, and we stripped and started the cabinets from scratch. It took us three days to complete and they were perfect when we left. I undertsand hiss misgivings about hiring us, but as my own boss, I would not do work with him again as well. He is under handed in his dealings, and doesn'ty want to pay what a job is worth. I am glad we had the opportunity to correct our mistakes, and I can say with 100% certainty we did a great job nontheless. Sometimes we make mistakes, but a good business stands behind their service and makes it right. That is what we did.
