Description of Work: This project was my second contract with Kerri. As before, they performed the job in an excellent manner, promptly and professionally. Given the chronic watering restrictions imposed by the California drought, I gave up on the lawn in the front, had it removed by Kerri, and replaced it with some drought-tolerant plants and 1.5 inch Lodi pebbles. All the plants are on drippers and it looks great. I recommend this contractor.

Description of Work: I had a sprinkler repair completed. Rich is easy to deal with and the work was completed quickly without any problem or fuss.

Description of Work: The plan is close to finalization following a couple of updates based on my feedback. Measuring the backyard in order to come up with a design involved a lot of work for the designer and several visits. Next step is the bid that Kerri landscaping will provide based on the final design. It will be interesting to see what value Kerri Landscaping can offer within the constraints of my budget.

Description of Work: Rich arrived right on time to inspect the project and give an estimate. He was personable, attentive and knowledgeable. I chose another contractor who seemed better suited to the nature of my project by his experience and approach. However, I would consider Rich for other kinds of projects and will refer anyone who asks to him for landscaping work.
