Description of Work: I ordered the deal and several months later they emailed me to schedule the service saying they would be soon changing their service area and that I should schedule soon. We were unable to come up with a time and they recommended that I request a refund.

Description of Work: The owner drew up really cool remodeling plans for my kitchen. I lot of things happened--trips, grandkids, etc.--so I have not done the remodel yet. But he seemed to know his stuff.

Description of Work: I purchased two of this Big Deals (509293 & 509301) on 11/30/2012. Our first meeting was scheduleded on 01/11/2013. So, I met Jim Dawkins in my house on that day. I told him our wishes for a bathroom and a kitchen. He said he'll go on vacation starting from next day, for two weeks. The plans won't be ready untill the end of January. I told him okay, we could wait. But, 3 weeks, 4 weeks has passed, and I still haven't heard anything from him. I tried to reach him by email twice on 02/20/2013. Both got returned as invalid email addresses. Then, I called him next day (Thursday, 02/21/2013). He answered the phone and still recognized me. He told me he has changed his email addresses and would email me by Friday (02/22/2013). But I still didn't hear anything from him again. Finally, I contacted Aingie's List on either 02/25 or 02/26. Lyndsay from Angie's List Help Desk notified me on 02/26 through email that she had contacted the company on my behalf and requested they give me a call asap. But still no phone call, no email till today. I think I've had enough for this. If he is not interested in doing business with me. I'd like my money back since he hasn't really done anything for the deals except came to my house and talked.

Description of Work: I purchased two coupons for $49.00 each on November 29, 2012 to have a Kitchen and Bath Design prepared with with floor plans. I met with the owner, Jim, at the job site on January 9, 2013. Jim indicated that he could have the plans completed by the end of January. I began contacted Jim of February 5 to inquire about the status of the plans and was told they had been mailed to me. When I did not recieve them for almost two weeks, I contacted him again on February 17 and was told they would be mailed or dropped off to me "tomorrow." Still no plans. It is now the end of February, no plans, and my ability to complete my project on time (preparation of house for sale) has been compromised.
