The workers were all friendly and I liked especially how the lead guy managed everything (Bernardo). Would (probably will) use them again for windows, doors, cabinets, bathroom, etc.

He was on time and very helpful.

I bought the BIG DEAL but big deal doesn't take into account service area BAD ANGIES LIST. I sent an email through the website and never got a response. I finally had time to call and got a prompt call back. He did mention that he did email and emailed while i was on the phone i never got any of them. During our phone exchange he said i was out of the service area. I said ok but there was a possible job in the area that he may be able to accommodate but i never heard back. Now i have to figure out how to get a refund.

Jim was very responsive to questions, quality information, let us know where he was going to be and when: we're going to ask him for more details and probably go with him for the work if everything looks good.

I had a coupon thru Angie's List for a kitchen design which i used for plans for one of the units in my Duplex. Jim showed up on time, gave me & the tenant some great information, listened to our input and then subsequently sent drawings for the remodel. I will definitely use Home PROS when my budget is ready.

At the end of November this provider (Jim) was prompt in visiting us and spending some time taking measurements and giving us some ideas for our kitchen remodel. He said he would have specific details and information to us within ten days. About a month later, having heard nothing, I sent an email to his business on Dec 27. No response.. I then phoned on Jan 2nd and Jim answered and apologized for his lack of response having taken a couple of weeks off for the holidays. He then said he would get our material in the mail to us that day. He phoned the next day to say that the material was in the mail. However, we never received it. I phoned again to say we had not received the material and he said he would be stop by the next day. He did not come. I phoned him the next day and he apologized for not coming. Said he had car trouble. He said he ould come the next day with the material and he did appear with a basic plan but no price list. He said he would email the price list the next day and to date we have heard nothing. Jim's manner was very professional and pleasant during his time with us, which is why he gets a fair rating in the professionalism category.. However, lack of adequate follow thru on his promises, a problem which plagues many contractors, is evident in this case, so I cannot recommend his services. By the way, a brochure he handed us stated that estimates were free, a service for which we paid $49 thru Angies list. I am disappointed that this, my first use of Angie's list, resulted in such a poor experience.

Terrible. I can't believe how unprofessional this company is and they should not be on any Angie's Listings for design or contracting services.

Home Pros Kitchen & Baths were great right from the beginning. They arrived as scheduled, kept in constant communication and provided the answers to all my questions. They went above and beyond what I expected in ideas for remodeling and updating. And they quickly provided estimates for costs to convert an old tired house to a new fabulous home.

I purchased the big deal and never heard from the company. I was asked by Angie's list if I had been contacted, told them no, still never heard from them. I have requested a refund and have not heard from anyone.

He was extremely punctual and performed the job very quickly. He forgot his silicon caulking gun and came back the next day to finish the job, but we had the grab bars in place hours after placing the request on Angie's list. When he came bak with the caulking gun he even caulked around our bathroom sink at no charge. I highly recommend James for any work you need.

I?ve never had a complaint. If there was ever an issue, it was resolved immediately. I changed floors once mid project. They stayed on it throughout the whole project.
