They came when they said they would and did the job immediately. We re happy with the results.

I was not really certain I got the best deal on a new pilot light assembly, but I trusted them. They were very nice and respectful. I would hire them again.

The two guys that came to do the job were friendly and did what it was supposed to be done. What we really weren t expecting was the high price they charged for not much work done . Beside the fact that the price was not explained to us when I first contacted them, it went from $379 to $498 with all the fees they charge. I was very surprised with the amount charged , but had to pay anyway. It would have been helpful if they had broken down the price when I called so I could choose to go forward or not.

They were very patient answered questions. They were professional, cleaning up after themselves,(they wore shoe covers when they came in.) They have great attention to details and price was very reasonable.

The person showed up and replaced the springs in a timely manner. He even greased the lead screw at no extra charge. We plan on having them back next year for a tune-up.

They came to clean a dryer vent and were very nice gentleman, but now the dryer does not dry my clothes. It runs but does not dry. We thought they spent a good amount of time doing the job and seemed thorough but now I do not have a dryer.

They came on time, were very cleanly and polite, very pleased with the service.

Requested for bid/estimate in writing, didn't get it; however, I scheduled for the work to be done anyway. They were ill-equipped when they finished the job as they didn't have a handheld vacuum cleaner to clean up afterward or garbage bag to empty out their commercial grade vacuum cleaner. When they came out to give the bid, they knew the house was vacant so they should have been better equipped. Wrote them a check after the job was done. One of the guy, Saed, as me to write the check out to his name versus the company name. Hmmmm??? All Home Advisor's vendors should be able to accept credit cards as part of their business practice.
