Heating and Air

Heating and Air was very responsive and quality of work was good. However, we feel we were overcharged for the work performed as we were in desperate need to restore heating for two elderly tenants.

Lightning fast, came on a Friday night when my A/C failed, fixed within an hour. Very expensive, hesitant to itemize charges to break out parts labor, defensive when I attempted to question price **we are 5 stars for a reason, we are not the cheapest in town**.

Getting air back on in a heat wave without a wait so appreciated.

Sam was Wonderful and responsive issue on Sunday with quick to arrive determine issue with air conditioning leaking through ceiling and fully repaired on Monday. Was respectful of Covid-19 concerns and wore PPE and shoe coverings. Work was excellent would highly recommend

The two men who came out and fixed our furnace were on time and knowledgeable about covid-19 safety measures (greatly appreciated). They explained what was wrong with our furnace and gave us three options for repair. I would highly recommend them to others and will use them in the future if the need arises!

Overcharged for a small work

They came out on the weekend during COVD19 when we had an emergency, and helped us when we couldn't get anyone else to even call us back.

Servicemen were punctual, polite, wore shoe coverings, and cleaned up after the job completed. I had a furnace repair.

They came and connected the thermostat which is working well. Both gentlemen were very nice but were very expensive. I asked for a business card and did not have one, he said all information is on the invoice. We paid with Visa card right after they finished and my husband singed on a tablet. We never got a hard copy, I thought perhaps they were going send it email to us but no such luck. We have no proof of paying them or prove of the work guarantee. My husband called them but have not got an invoice from them. NOT HAPPY
