Ive decided to turn my detached garage into a home gym and needed some help with electrical work so I called Five or Free Electrical to schedule an appointment for them to look at the scope of my work. Scheduling was easy and professional and a few days later theyre at my house to look at my job. Gilbert arrived early and I was ready for him to review. We have no insulation or drywall up so everything is open and ready, a seemingly easy job. He verified some power lines running out and took some pictures to create a quote. I paid the $50 deposit which can be applied to the job if done. Gilbert mentioned hed probably have it to me by next day. I told him I wasnt in a rush and that would be fine. 2 days later I called requesting an update. I received a call the day after my message saying the project would come to my email within the next day. Well Friday came and went, the weekend too. So yet again I call, a full week after having the first visit, and the representative promised that Gilbert would be notified and that I ll have it by end of day. The scope of work may be too easy or small and not worth their time. My emails correct on file - they sent me all the links to review them on all their linked 3rd party reviewers the day after my visit. No quote, no call, no updates. An absolute waste of time to even consider using this company if you value your time. This poor execution on how they treat their customers may reflect in the actual work they perform. Why do I, a customer, have to try and chase YOU down for work? I ll be sure to use their convenient email to review them on all their 3rd party sites.

Tim and Eddie just left my house and did a FANTASTIC job installing 3 fans and light fixture. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond...and actually fixed a ceiling light they noticed was hanging improperly. I would recommend Five or Free Electrical to anyone. Best service I've received from an electrician ever!!!!

Very professional company with outstanding technicians. I would like to give a special acknowledgement to Sal who was our lead account manager. He came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. The fix was relatively easy after that. I did not get a secondary option in terms of electricians from HomeAdvisor but I'm glad they had recommended Five or Free Electrical. They would have been my choice anyway.
