+ -1 moreIt wasn’t working right. We got in touch with Soft Tub the people who built the spa, and they recommended them. Although the spa company said they were qualified, they were not qualified and didn’t fix the problem. It was terrible. We had to take the motor down to them. It is called a soft tub, so it is a very different kind of spa. We would never recommend them. It was under warranty, so there was no charge. We are actually in the process of emailing the manufacturer because in our opinion they shouldn’t be recommending them as being qualified to work on the spas. They didn’t know much about the spa. They are supposed to be qualified to work on it, and they actually didn’t fix the problem. We would not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We used East Bay Spa Service in November of 2011. They were supposed to work on the motor on our soft tub spa because it wasn’t working right, but they didn’t fix the problem.
