Had appt 4/30/18 to inspect my HVAC system as I am intending to replace my AC, furnace, and possibly ductwork. Vince, the owner of the company, came out to inspect. Nice guy. Had a long appointment during which he explained things. Took some measurements and informed that he would email me his bid in a week or so. Well, it’s 6/14/18, and still no bid. We have emailed a few times and I’ve been met with reasons such as computer malfunctions, he wasn’t sure I was intending to replace my system, and just all this baloney. Just a total waste of your time. I strongly do not recommend pursuing this company as he will give you the runaround.

They did a very good job! We will use them again in the future for services on a regular basis.

I liked that on the initial service call , the technician tried to repair the existing unit instead of automatically recommended replacement based on age . In the end, that turned out not to be possible

We have an annual contract with them and it's like $189 a year. They come out twice a year to service the air conditioner. I haven't priced anybody else but it seems fair to me. We've used them for years.

The Tech was "new" and was struggling to get it going and had to call another tech for assistance. My husband pointed out a couple of disconected* wires. Turned out the rats were the problem*. and the Techs got it going. A week/10 days later...HVAC stoped again. Turned out the "new" tech did'nt connect the wires properly. The 2nd Tech call, fixed the problem and charged a service call. Had I thought fast enough, I would not have paid the 2nd time.

Very professional job. Crew showed up on time each day. They had to go into the attic area, and under the house to complete the job. They worked hard, and quietly completed the job. We did a walkthrough at the end. We would definitely use them again.

Quote Process: Bill at Eagle Air was very professional and listened to our needs/concerns. He was the only person we talked with that didn't try to tell us what we needed but provided a solution that addressed what "we" wanted/needed. He was very knowledgeable about system options to address our concerns. He explained our options and did not steer us in any particular direction except when specifics would be required for special needs. Our house gets very hot upstairs and the single zone system we had was not working for us. He provided ideas on how to zone the upstairs separately (2 different zones) with a variable speed Trane unit. He was the highest quote we got but it included so much more to address our needs than anyone else. We were very happy with the options we selected. Installation: The Eagle Air team was very efficient, professional, clean, prompt, nice. They were able to let us know what they were doing and why when we had any questions. It was nice to feel confident about the process as we went. When the system was finished we found the damper for the downstairs was not working as expected. They came out the following day, did some work and had us up and running quickly. System Overall: With any contract work, we were skeptical as to if we purchased the right package. Since April, we have been watching our energy usage, overall comfort with the new zone system, fan usage, etc. We are very happy with how things turned out and very pleased that we were able to work with Bill and Eagle Air. Bill steered us down the right path. He understands his customers! We are confident that if we had gone with a different provider, we would have gotten a new version of the system we had previously but would not have been overall happy. Other contractors tries to steer us in directions we knew we did not want to go. I highly recommend Eagle Air!!!!

I asked now what - the answer was that he could not fix it and I'd have to figure it out. | |I would have rated them higher, but the estimate I was given included the intake pipe fix - and had confirmed it when second visit was scheduled. I was disappointed in both the job not being completed as agreed AND for not getting a discount for the work they did not do.

Patrick arrived on time, diagnosed the inop ac problem and fixed same. Inspected the operable unit and tweaked same. Overall superb service. I've used other mass marketing" ac" services in contra costa county and Eagle is by far the best, most technologically knowlegeable service. They actually send out a highly trained technician who knows his business and gives good honest and solid advice. I unhesitatingly recommend Eagle and will not hesitate to use them again.

I lost all heat in my house on the very first coldest day of the year. The cold spell lasted for like a week where every night it was 29F! I called Eagle Air and they sent someone out as soon as they possibly could. The gentleman showed up early and had my heater running pretty quickly. He was very honest and shared how i could save money. He also introduced me to a product that I eventually bought and had them install! The work he did was excellent. I signed up for their service plan. I would highly recommend Eagle Air!

Work was done pretty quickly from when we agreed to the make and model furnace and ar cond units. I liked that they took effort to add and move ducts to provide better coverage and comfort. on the hottest days it was nice to actually be cool. system has been reliable for years now.

They were punctual for the job and seemed professional. They did a good job, but, expensively priced. I liked their services and may use the same in future.

Company was hard to contact, played phone tag for several days, but when contacted, arrived promptly and did the work efficiently.

I AM VERY PLEASED BY THE RESPONSE AND WORK OF THIS COMPANY. WE COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO COME OUT AND FIX OUR FURNACE FOR 3 DAYS. FINALLY SOMEONE GAVE ME THE NAME OF THIS COMPANY AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY TO HELP US. I WILL CERTAINLY CALL THEM AGAIN!!

THEIR WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THEY RUSHED THE JOB BECAUSE I WAS GOING OUT OF TOWN. THEY ALSO MADE A SPECIAL EFFORT TO GET ME A REBATE ON THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY DID NOT LEAVE ANY THING OUT. THEY CHECKED OR CHANGED ALL EQUIPMENT. THEY WERE HELPFUL. THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THE CONFUSION AS TO WHAT WAS REALLY WRONG WITH OUR HEATER/PILOT LIGHT/BURNER LENGTHENED THE REPAIR PROCESS OF OUR HEATER. BUT, EVENTUALLY PROPERLY SERVICED. THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PERSISTENT WHEN DEALING WITH THE HEATER. EAGLE AIR, BECAUSE OF THE ISSUES, WERE VERY GRACIOUS WHEN CHARGING 'HOURS' ON THE JOB.
