I had 2 other companies come in prior to Eagle Air . Eagle Air was much better than the other companies from start to finish The office staff/ technicians/ Estimators and installers were the very best. We highly recommended this company.

They sold me on getting a two-stage AC and furnace instead. I signed the contract since they promised to get it to me in one week. When they arrived they found that they didn't have the equipment for the two-zone two-stage AC. They said they will have to get the parts and rescheduled it for for 2 more weeks after. The summer heat was terrible and I tried to pre-pone the date but they didn't respond. Finally, after week three the owner called saying that he had an employee take leave and they couldn't come. He promised to get someone within a week and offered a discount. But when they turned up on week four they didn't have the parts yet again. So finally after suffering through 4 weeks of heat waves, they couldn't get their act together and left us hanging

The technician was professional, very personable and explained what he was going to do and after service, gave me a verbal summary services and what he had observed from areas of inspection. I received documentation explaining services performed to provide corrections.

everything was great, only issue is the person showed up an hour after the arrival window, and then had to run back out after showing up b/c they dropped a personal item at the lat work site, so they finished several hours late.
