COUNTER SOLUTIONS

Everything went very well with a couple minor issues. The scheduling was made a bit difficult because of several extenuating circumstance that were our issues, and Joe was very good about adapting to these. The final product is fantastic and we would definitely have no issued about recomending or working with Joe and Counter Solutions again. But he did seem get offended when I asked him why he needed $1000 deposit for the job vs. a (what I thought was a more normal) 10% deposit. He said it was for materials that he had to order (I didn't expect him to have my chosen material on hand), not for his services, which is where the 10% comes from. It wasn't his answer, but how it came across in the e-mail (one of the reasons I don't like e-mail). But in person, he was always very pleasant to deal with. With the installation, he did a very good job of protecting the new floors in the house, and the clean up after. He had to make a second visit to enlarge the cut out for the range (Sears has incorrect documentation for the unit) that he charge $85 for, which seemed reasonable. He didn't clean things up as well on this visit, but did get the job scheduled and done in short (3 days) time span.

He came out to the house and we chose the style of counter top and scheduled the install Joe arrived on time, removed the old stuffand installed the new counters and sink. It was fast, clean and looks wonderful! I would recommend Joe to anyone!
