Great product and service

New flooring selection, quoting and scheduling went very fast and smooth. RJ was quite helpful and their schedule was flexible for what we needed. A few days after scheduling the job and bout a week before the job, we were notified that the material was not available and were given the option to reschedule or pick an alternative material. We were able to find a cheaper material that we liked that was in stock. The install team arrived on time and began work quickly. They were efficient and attentive to issues as they arose. They finished in the estimated amount of time and did an okay job of cleanup. I had to clean up the floors adjacent to the area where work was done as they did not vacuum up around there work area. Not a big deal. We are happy with our floor and would utilize the services of Carpet One Livermore again.

they were very helpful in choosing which kind of rugs, patterns, fiber, etc. we looked other places too, but they were the most helpful and best prices, and we felt we could trust them. There was no pressure to buy on the spot, and they even ordered a rug for us to consider with no obligation to buy it. There was a squeak in the floor when they were finished so they had to come back and replace one of the boards.

We went to the store to select the flooring material. We selected one, however it was not in stock. So, the owner managed to find a similar one for the same cost. The store is clean and they had some crayons and coloring sheets for our kids. During the installation of the laminate flooring, there were some areas of the floor that were not level. The owner insisted that it still met the industry standard, even though you could see the new floor pressing down visibly with the weight of the feet. So he charged us almost another 800 or so dollars extra for taking care of those. The vinyl floor was in the bathrooms. There, we have to make do with the nails that haven't been properly nailed down in the transition between the bedroom carpet and bathroom floor.

They had a great crew. When they ran into any issues (such as some places where my old plywood subfloor was water damaged in the bathroom or the old plywood subfloor had some termite damage), they brought it to our attention and we dealt with it quickly. They were extremely professional, friendly and hardworking. We love our new floors.

They gave me a good price with quality work and carpet. Their customer service was excellent.

They did an excellent job. I used them 5 months ago. They came in and they did the job and he was polite. I like service that know what they are doing, get the job done and leave. That is what I like. I don't like lingering and chatting.

Rob was great. He was patient and we ask A LOT of questions. We came back to him over and over again and he was kind and helpful and understanding of our needing to make sure that we had our expectations set appropriately. Ultimately we went with someone more local for reasons that had nothing to do with price or service. I would recommend working with him based upon our limited experience.

I had some other major kitchen work performed, and they were willing to work around others schedules.

Everything went on smoothly and we were pleased.

They are going to do a job for us but for now it is postponed. They have been really cooperative with the bidding but I can't say anything about the work as yet. They quoted $7000 but it was not specific to exactly all the items that we have that are going to be required. We have a bathroom remodel and that does not include the electrical work. They are basically going to do a tub conversion into a shower and that included the tile work on the shower and floor. They were very good on their follow through. They did pay attention when we had question. They had information more than we needed. We would definitely consider them for service depending on how things go for us.

They negotiated a price with installation that was competitive. A local store with a good selection of product, they in fact hard the floor we liked the best. Installation was done in 1 and half days. The installers were very professional no nonsense guys. They left the site very clean. The store owner came out in a few days to inspect the job and to be assured we were happy. I would definitely use them again.
