+ -1 moreTechnician was on time and after troubleshooting identified problem as bad coil/conductor system and gave me an estimate of what repair cost would be. I decided to buy a new refrigerator because the defective one was old and repair cost would have been high. Newer refrigerator is also more energy efficient.
Description of Work: Service technician came to house to identify the problem with the refrigerator that keeps running but does not freeze food in freezer or keep food cool in refrigerator section.

+ -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT ON TIME, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND ORDERED THE NECESSARY PARTS. HE RETURNED A FEW DAYS LATER AND INSTALLED THE NECESSARY PART AND THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED.
Description of Work: THE AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCK WOULD NOT WORK DURING THE CLEANING PROCESS. THE LOCK WOULD NOT OPEN DURING NORMAL OPERATION.
