Description of Work: Replaced broken mortise lock on front door. The piece was under warranty and had been sent to us by the manufacturer. Unfortunately the wrong replacement piece had been sent to us, which wasn't apparent until after the broken lock had been removed. The locksmith put the original lock back on but adjusted it to make sure it would be usable while we waited for a new replacement. On his second visit he was able to replace the (now) correct replacement piece and took great care to ensure that it would function correctly. At the end he even polished the bronze fittings. He charged us for only one visit--much less than another recommended locksmith had told us would be his minimum. Also he made an appointment for the next day each time -- much faster than what the other locksmith offered.

 + -1 moreThe tech arrived promptly, actually a few minutes early. We went over the details of what I wanted done. He described what he was going to do, and gave me an approximate time fir completion. once he was done, he wrote up a receipt and gave me an option of also getting a text of the receipt. Great service overall.
Description of Work: I'm a satisfied customer. They came to my house and changed out three locks and made 2 sets of keys

 + -1 moreHe was prompt, he did a great job, and there were no problems. I thought he was very good. Usually you have to wait around for someone to come, but he came right on time, he had everything that he needed, and he knew his stuff. The price was average and seemed like a great value.

I did something to the lock at 10:30 at night to make it not function (playing with the self re-key mechanism) I called just to leave a message and my call was returned in minutes to make sure there was no emergency. I will definitely use their services again!

 + -1 moreWE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AND THEY WERE ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. THEY CHANGED THE LOCKS ON THE FRONT AND BACK DOORS KEYING THEM ALIKE. THEY MADE ADDITIONAL KEYS FOR US AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
