They have always done a beyond excellent job. I had what I thought was a burn in the carpet. I was told by a “master carpet cleaner” that it was burnt and unable to be cleaned. However, I called Chemdry out and they were able to clean it no problem. It’s a dry clean and does a really good job! They don’t bring in a hose and saturate your carpet so you don’t have to wait for it to dry. He’s always been on time, they are always available, and he’s very nice and professional.

Glover's was fast friendly and did a great job getting even wax out of our carpet. We will definitely use them again.

He's fabulous and five-star. The guy's name is Raymond Jones and he's the owner. It was $453 because I have a 3300 square foot house. I've used him for probably 5 years. He did everything that I need, he did living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms and family room. Actually I move the furniture, the table and everything because I knew he was coming so it could be expedited, like a little nice stand and stuff, I just pull it all out myself. They don't use any water, it's a chemical that they spray on and then he gave me a large Chem-Dry cleaning bottle and you spray it on a stain that you get and it goes away like naturally so it's amazing. I don't like having my carpets wet and having to worry about that. Then in my family room I have hardwood floors and the Chem-Dry process, I don't have to worry about the floor getting wet because of the carpet and so it's protected on it that is amazing and the stains don't ever come back. I had a stain from a gentleman who was mounting my bedroom ceiling fan and light, an electrician, and he dropped my fan and broke it. I had just moved in to the house and it was an electrician that was actually employed by the builder so he apparently wasn't licensed because he never replaced my fan, he never fixed the carpet, and he never did anything. Because the fan broke and the paddle on one of the fan came down and slit against my carpet and I thought it made like a black burnt mark and that's when he said that he's sorry. It was at the end of my bed and here's a stain on my brand new carpet that I just bought and I had this chemist guy come out who studies like carpet cleaning and all that, he came out and he tried and tried, then he said it's a burn. I have like an off-light carpet and he said there's no way that he can get that out. When I had Ray come back, and every time I saw that mark I was upset, the guy never paid me back. I had Ray come out and I told him what happened on the carpet, he said he'll do his best to see if he can get it out, and then it was gone. I would never use any other company except Chem-Dry, I so highly recommend this to everybody. He just sprayed this stuff on and he said that it came off. He does such a good job and he make sure that the carpet dries a little bit so you don't want to walk on it when it's wet. So we go out for a couple of hours, we come back, we put everything back and it's perfect. I stayed all day because I want to make sure that if there's something that come up or whatever but I would trust him, he's a very nice gentleman and his wife answers the phone, it's a family operation, and they both do a great job. I think the price is very reasonable for the miracle that he does. I've never seen anybody but him do that carpet, he doesn't have a guy that works for him, and he does it himself. When you call, you would get him to come out. He just sprays the carpet and then he goes over it with this closed buffer and that's it. I had spots in my bedroom, I have tiles in my master's bedroom, I have wood floors that come to the bedroom, well that piece of carpet between the bathroom and the hall was so stained, it was unbelievable. And I said, "Oh, my god, Ray, see what you can do." and he said, "Yeah, no problem." and it was spotless. And then he gives you this spray bottle and it's like a fuzzy kind of stuff when you spray it but the spot just goes away when you spray and it's amazing, and then he said, "Just call me if you want another bottle," and he'll bring it by. He didn't charge me, he gave me the large bottle because I did a large amount and because I keep using him too, I'm a return customer and he knows me. I happen to be going through some bills and I found the last 2 years that I had used him and he said, "Yeah, I remember you." I can't say enough good about him.
