They are very honest and come as scheduled. They finish the job on time or before the scheduled date. They did a great job of an excellent quality. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I had to put some thought into this recommendation for Almeida & Son Painting & Construction Inc. I have used my share of contractors who were bait and switch and didn?t do what they were supposed to do. Dennis is everything that anyone hopes his contractor will be. Namely ? fair, honest, and hardworking. About the only minus is the lead time between acceptance of the bid and the start of the actual work. It would have been nice to have the job completed a month ago, but the wait was well worth it. My house hadn?t been painted in probably over 20 years. Dennis and his crew arrived on time as advertised ready to work. Suffice to say, I was impressed. His crew pressure washed and scrapped the house ? put on a primer coat and two additional coats of paint. He did this all in about a day and a half. A neighbor was so impressed with his work he asked for a bid on his house as well. All an all a solid A+. I don?t give out that type of review often but this was well deserved. I plan on having my bathroom done late next year and I will definitely be calling Dennis first. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and will not hesitate to recommend Dennis to my friends and colleagues.

We did not opt to use this firm, but were very pleased with the estimate. They were punctual, thorough and professional.

Had French doors installed in office. The job required building out the walls and hanging the doors as well as wood work and painting. The arrived timely followed through on schedule, the only issue was with the supplier who ordered the wrong size door. Dennis took care of the problem and everything worked out fine. I really enjoy the new doors!

He didn?t do any work. When I contacted him a week later after getting a couple of estimates he said he was booked. I thought that was not very good. He was very nice and professional. However, I don?t think it was appropriate for him to tell me that he could do the work, and then a week later tell me that he was booked. He should?ve told me that he had to go within a day or two, otherwise I wouldn?t have bothered. Everybody gets a couple of references. I thought his estimate was relatively fair, and he seemed like he knew what he was doing.

We have had a lot of painting work done by them. They do high quality work and are a pleasure to work with. They come out when they say they are going to and are done with their work when they say it’s going to be done. They are absolutely excellent. They are not the cheapest, but are pretty well priced for the quality that we get. We really get what we pay for. The contractor we have used several times has always been great.

They did an excellent job and they worked very quickly.

They were fine. They were very professional, prompt and responsive. The person that provided us the quote did so online only and every itemized thing was on a different attachment. In order to see the bill we had to open and print because we could not have all of them open on the screen at the same time. It was 8-10 attachments and it was so incredibly annoying to have to do that. If they put it all in one bid with the line item price for each thing or sent us a hard copy it would have been so much easier. I ended up not even opening them all and opened a few them and compared them to the other bid we got. They were higher, so we went with the other guy. Everything else about them was fine.

He seemed very professional and was very prompt in getting back to me and setting up a time to do a quote. He seemed knowledgeable and I was impressed. I am still getting quotes, but am considering using him.

Did a great job at communication, very professional and did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our home. They were the only company that stated they would to a complete two coats, others were "where needed". Also, the ones doing the quote are the ones doing the work...no middle salesman. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone.

Really looked at the house when giving the quote (even found issues I hadn't noticed), and was the main reason we chose him over the other two. Always good about letting me know what they were going to be working on and if they were running late. The neighbors were impressed with how quickly they were done although the pink primer did scare them a bit!

My husbands co worker had used Almeida and Sons to paint the exterior of her home and recommended them. We were looking for someone to paint the exterior of our home so we called him for an estimate. Dennis Almeida came to our home and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and friendly and we felt very comfortable with him. We scheduled to have the house painted in April. Dennis and his team were very prompt, meticulous and quick. We were very impressed when the job was completed. It was better than we expected. My sister was so impressed with the paint job that she is going to have him paint the interior of her home. Thanks for a job well done!

Excellent job!!! Dennis (the owner) was wonderful from the get-go. He responded to my calls in a very timely manner, answered all my questions well, and even gave a senior discount since it was my mom's house and she's 81. What I really appreciated was that Dennis was involved in every step;l he came out to do the bid, he himself did the prep work (power wash, sanding, caulking, etc.), he himself did the painting along with 2 other crew members, he was here for walk around/inspection. The work was impeccable, very fairly priced, done quickly but done well, and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. I also liked that he used a higher grade Kelly Moore paint. I haven't used him for interior painting, but a couple of my friends have and they LOVED his work. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Dennis and his team were punctual and professional. They finished the work on schedule and as planned.

My overall opinion was good, well great. Very professional and the quality of work was excellent. Not a smudge of paint anywhere. The price was reasonable and based on whatever it is they had to do, and so overall I think it was a fair price.

ALMEIDA AND SONS WAS VERY GOOD. THEIR STAFF SHOWED UP ON TIME EVERYDAY THEY WERE THERE. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE NEAT CLEAN AND VERY POLITE.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY HELPFUL, THEY OFFERED TO MOVE ITEMS I COULD NOT MOVE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WE WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
