EZ Tile and Marble

Lorin came to the house and gave us a detailed proposal within 24 hours of visiting our home. The job scheduling process went perfectly and after selecting our granite and tile at the EZ Tile showroom in Live Oak, the crew started work on 10-1 and finished the job on 10-8 as promised. Their punctuality allowed me to coordinate schedules with an appliance contractor and painting contractor without any problem. The team worked meticulously and even came back to reinstall the faucet after it had to be replaced due to damage from the shipper. Karen was a great help with the materials selection process and handled the contracting and payment arrangements in a very courteous and professional manner. Lorin, Valentin, and Josh did a fantastic job, cleaning up at the end of each day and taking great care not to damage the new hardwood floors. They were pleasant but also very focused on the work at hand, which was very appreciated. They finished on time, something very important to us given some medical issues with a family member and the need to have a quiet home for the recovery period. I will definitely call EZ Tile again when we're ready to work on the bathrooms.
