I got the name from the phone book and went to Angie's List to see how it was rated. Our area had not yet rated anything and reported it to Angie's List. I took a chance & called Jeff Herboldshimer, he was out in the field, so he gave me his email address (that is in his add in the yellow pages) and he said he was interested in helping me out. This home was in foreclosure and I would need to call Jeff on a last minute basis. He understood and said he'd be ready for my call. That's how it went, exactly. Jeff came when I called with hours notice as his work day was ending. Warning if your having a whole house inspection make sure the water as well as the electric in on. Two days later Jeff had my report to me via email, and that mad it easy to send it around to the appropriate people.
