The process really went quite smoothly. Dan put aside other projects to make our work his top priority. He knew we were concerned about getting the roof on before the winter rains, and that was successfully accomplished. At the very beginning, Dan discussed various design options, and once we had agreed on these, he worked hard to give us exactly what we wanted. When we needed to add or subtract any aspect from the original plan, the change in price was handled neatly and appropriately. We very much liked Dan's careful work and attention to detail. Our vanity is our only example of Dan's cabinet-making. The vanity is beautiful and the wood work and finish were done with great care. We are very glad we paid a bit more to have Dan do the vanity than to get a store-bought vanity. Dan was very honest in all respects. We recommend him highly.

Dan is a highly experienced, trustworthy, and altogether excellent general contractor. He has had his own construction business for over a dozen years, and he obtains new jobs through personal referrals. Although he lives in the Antelope Valley, most of his business is in the San Fernando Valley. Don't be put off by the distance he has to drive, as he is very used to coming to the San Fernando Valley for most of his jobs. He has no employees. On our bathroom addition he did the rough framing but has long-term relations with various subcontractors whom he hired as needed. All were excellent. Dan is a very skilled wood worker and cabinet maker and painter. Both our vanity and all his finished wood work in the interior of our bathroom addition were beautiful.
