Download speeds range from 50-400Kbps. For perspective, in most cities in America high speed internet providers provide on average 1-5mbps. Verizon in Lindsay is providing internet for almost the same price but at speeds 1/10 of what is provided elsewhere.
Description of Work: This is one of very limited Internet providers in Lindsay CA.

From the day I received the 4g lite wireless internet device I had problems. I have made repeated calls and attempts at resolution of connectivity with a suggestion I just go out and by a signal booster at additional cost to my monthly fees already being charged. I have already gone over my download usage limit without actually being able to complete even one bank trans action download.
Description of Work: I contracted for internet service with an initial cost of roughly $60.00.

I have never had them come out to do anything at my home but dealing with issues over the phone hasn't been good. Their automated service is inefficient and frustrating. I feel that they have not upgraded their equipment sufficiently for the demand of technology. However, I do not have another option for phone and internet service.
Description of Work: Verizon provides the land line phone and internet service to my home.

They are okay. I think they’re really expensive and I don’t want to go through dealing with trying to change stuff. It’s the billing and all that stuff. It is horrible to deal with them. I will use them again in the future simply because I don’t want to get switched over.
