He was very polite and knew what he was doing. He was very careful when he moved the dryer and answered all questions.

I have used this company before to clean my air ducts. The call to let you know when they are on their way which is appreciated. I think his name was Josh and he was very informative in answering my questions. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.

The guy was just as sweet as could be and he did do a good job but we have a really old house with, instead of it being in the, well some of it's in the ceiling, there's vents in the floor and I misunderstood, I think, that they were going to give us new grate coverings for the floor. That didn't happen. I didn't think about it at the time while he was here and then there was one wall that he said he thought it was blocked off but it's definitely it was open that didn't get cleaned. They also did the dryer vent, you know, the hose from the dryer, I had forgotten that I had bought a new a new dryer and a new thing came with it and he left the old one here and it really, I just wasted my money having it cleaned, it really hadn't needed to be cleaned. I kind of wished that the guy serving us had told us that at the time. You know he did the job, he came in with the big equipment, he was very clean about it, boy oh boy this is hard, I know that Angie's List needs to know these things but this is somebody's livelihood but I hate messing around with it. They did more work, I had them clean the dryer vent. I paid, to Angie's I paid $249 and then I paid $253 with a check when he came. They came out August 20th. He was by himself.

Terrible! They take the money and provide no service! Six weeks of waiting, and after the one month refund from Angie's list expires! DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PROVIDER! NO ATTEMPT HAS BEEN MADE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT! I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR NOTHING! I WANTED MY GUTTER'S CLEANED BEFORE THE RAINS, I WISHED I'D USED SOMEONE ELSE!

We bought a "deal" that included Vent Cleaning and Flex Duct Hose Replacement for $79. They put in duct hose and replaced the duct box throught the outside wall. We didn't have any ducting to start, so they did not have to clean anything. We paid $79 for the "deal." The team came on time, and worked to make our dryer ducting work. After they were done, they came into the house and said, "bad news." He told us that because we had a flimsy dryer box (going out from the dryer wall to under the house), their ducting wouldn't seal. Seriously? They worked here 2 hours, and didn't know that the dryer box was too flimsy to hold up their piping? We got the bill for $235 (we never received an estimate before the work began). There was no mention of the $79 we had already paid, although he told us we would have a $79 "credit." So... we paid $314 for a dryer duct system that leaks. He said if he were to have to come back to make it work right, it would be an additional $250. After this,myhusband bought a dryer box for 59.00, adding to the total cost. We will instal it ouselves. So, what remains is this. Is it worth $314.00 to add some simple dryer duct and an outside box, and leave the home owners to rip open their dywall, place a dryer box and attach the ducting on their own?

Not well. One person climbed onto roof with the other moved the gas powered pressure sprayer around the perimeter of the house. The pressure sprayer itself left 2 ea4 ft long vibration skid marks on the driveway and side concert surface. Once the two left I had to put garden hoses together to spray all the clumps of debris off the concrete areas, fencing and garden tool areas. I piled it up and let it dry to return the next day to spend time sweeping it up and put in trash. Gutter cleaning needs to be done with a leaf blower. It's fairly easy to blow to debris out of the rain gutters. The cleanup is critical to the process. The guys left before aI inspected the work. The house gutters are cleared, I don't know yet about the down spouts. The lack of effort to clear the gutters was not expected.

Did a thorough job. My house is two story with lots of gutters so price was good for amount of work. Cleaned up well afterward.

dryer vent cleaning went well. replacement of my screens were supposed to be a 3-4 hour job at my house. they decided to get the screens and take to their shop. make a couple of trips back and forth, wrong measurements etc. I'm still waiting to get the last screen put up, now been 2 weeks. sent 2 texts to owner who has not replied. guess he doesn't want to complete the job! the communication is terrible. Ken the ceo called and inquired about my problem. I did send two texts to Dan but it was his personal cell phone that he contacted me on. Not sure why he didn't respond. Ken assured me the screen would be hung which it was in a couple of dsy. Looks good even gave mr a small discount when asked.

The owner, Dan, was responsive, contacted me immediately & and was able to schedule the repair quickly. The young man who did the work was timely & thorough, explaining what needed to be done each step of the way.

Fantastic. Great service did what we could not do ourselves cleaning out a very long run very full of lint. Very much a fire hazzard stopped.

We have a very large front lawn. Due to watering restrictions it looked terrible. We hated the brown color and dead spots and we were having a party in a few days. We really wanted it to look good and fake grass was too expensive, so we decided to give DCP's lawn painting service a try. They sprayed the lawn with this amazing paint made of natural pigments that are safe for our grandchildren and great great grandchildren to play on. It dried really fast. Once it is dry it doesn't wash off. We were worried that the "grass stains" would be really bad, but even after watering the lawn, are not any different than natural grass! At the party, our friends couldn't believe it was painted. They accused us of watering too much and joked about reporting us to the city. We were and still are impressed by the very natural green color, it's doesn't look fake at all. It's amazing how much nicer it is to look out the front window and see beautiful natural green grass. And most important, it's been several weeks and it still looks great! Drought or no drought we plan on having DCP paint our lawn a couple of times each year from now on, so it looks like SPRING in the summer, fall and winter too. We've scheduled an appointment to have them spray our landscape mulch brown next week too. The DCP guys did a great job! They were fast and very careful to not dye our sidewalk or anything else green.

While service for dryer cleaning was great, the gentleman that was here was constantly trying to up-sell services which was very irritating. If i wanted all those additional services i would have asked for them to begin with. I had arranged when i scheduled the appointment for them to also re-screen a screen door while they were here. Only one week went by and the screen is loose and i have a hole where is should be firmly in the frame. Now i am going to the hardware store to get the tool to fix it. What a waste of money, and i am still having to spend more money to fix what they did not do right in the first place.

I will say that the price was a good value, and the contractor was very easy to deal with. I had to reschedule our appt at the last minute and they were very accommodating. Always returned calls, showed up on time, easy to deal with, etc. I've gotta say though that I think the guy here doing the service did the bare minimum necessary to get the job done. I know our ducts were probably in bad shape for not having been done in a long time, but after he left there was fine dust and grit on everything all throughout the house. We had to spend a full day housecleaning after they left. I have a hard time believing they couldn't put a little effort into containing the stuff they are vacuuming out from the ducts. Now, two weeks later, I am still cleaning up dust bunnies that are either blowing into the room or getting caught in the registers. That tells me whatever brush or mechanism they use to dislodge the dust in the ducts did a good job of stirring stuff up, but he didn't put nearly enough effort into the vacuuming out part. Seems like all he did was stir stuff up for it to later be ejected into the house by the forced air. They did what they said they would do for $199, but I've put more than $199 worth of effort into cleaning up the mess they left behind (and still cleaning two weeks later). They can be the nicest guys and easiest to deal with in the whole world, but if the job isn't done well then not much else matters.

The hose was replaced and the new attachment to the outside wall was secured. According to my caregiver, everything necessary was done, done quickly, and done so that the outside wall vent is secure from intrusion by little critters (both by my doggies as well as rodents & varmints) Good job knowing I'm safe from fires as well as from inrtusions

Dan called to confirm appt. Kyle and Josh arrived on time. They are very thorough and professional young men. Explained how the process works. Got the recommended fogging process as well as the cleaning. Will be calling them back next year to do the fogging process again.

I purchased the $199.00 air duct cleaning promotion through AngiesList. Dan, the owner called to clarify what services I desired and was able to provide an appointment within a week. Kile, the technician was clean, pleasant, professional and was careful to protect all areas below his work area. He offered to clean the dryer duct for $79.00. I agreed because that seemed a good value and was convenient. He carefully cleaned up after all his work. I would definitely rehire and recommend to others.

He arrived on time, set up quickly and worked efficiently. I am always nervous about workers on the roof not using fall protection. This service provider did not have any fall protection in evidence, but fortunately all went well.

The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, was on time, and finished the job in no time. Since they cleaned the vent and installed the new cover the drying time is greatly reduced and I love that there is a 5 year guarantee that the dryer vent won't have to be serviced again for 5 years.

Moved my dryer;. Shut off gas vent. Vacuumed what I belief to be years of build up. Purchased home last year. Cleaned up and repositioned the dryer. Will certainly have my vent cleaned again next year.

Did a good job cleaning the gutters on our two-story home despite the challenges of a steeply-pitched two-story roof. I'll call them again in a year or so for a return visit.
