The Duct Cleaning Pros

Workers were polite and professional. They suggested an upsell at the office for another $90.00, which I resisted. They suggested an upsell at the time - replacing the wire duct with smooth duct. No difference in the performance of the drier, but they did do what I paid for, and were prompt and pleasant.

Job went well and crew was very professional.

They did the air duct cleaning and fixed my washing machine to be settled evenly. They did a good job.

Both of the service men were very courteous and efficient.

I was extremely unhappy with the company. During the process of cleaning my dryer vent, they had to move my washer and they put an 8" wide dent in my washer.

A dryer sheet was caught in the system, so I called them to clean out the vents. I was surprised, however, that the sheet came out of the vent after the service. Still, the airflow was improved, so I'm happy with the work.

They were fine, they were good. I think we went back and forth on an appointment so the guy was fine, he was fine. They did fine work, they cleaned the gutters as far as I know, I mean I didn't go up and check after them.

Work was good. Just make sure you ask in advance if there are any extra fees such as a fee for getting on the roof of a second story house or anything else. Great work though!

They did an excellent job. I opted to have them install a new roof vent cap which had an additional charge but well worth it. They gave me a nice discount for all the serivevs performed.

I purchased the same package as a friend of mine, but i was charged an extra fee.

I am giving this company a "fair" rating because I am getting tired of the "bait and Up sale" tactics that these so called "deals" Angie has on the site.??? I bought the $99 Dryer vent deal.? I suggested 3 dates and times I was available on the site.? Gotta love automatic scheduling right?? I put in the comments... "please call me to confirm".? 5 days later I called the company and asked why they had not called me.? The person who answered says "oh, you must have fallen through the cracks.? But, we can come out today if you like".? Ok.? come on out I said.? The two men who came out were professional enough.? They clean the vent. They show me before and after pictures.? And then the extorted up sale happens.?? They offer to replace my old dryer vent outside cover for "only $99 more".? I politely decline.? They then say... "Well, your dryer duct was extra dirty.? We usually charge an extra $50 for that but if you take the deal we will not charge you the additional $50 for having an extra dirty vent.?? I took the deal.? Mostly because I felt like at least then I could pretend I saved $50. sort of. ? they wound up only charging me $89 for the new vent cover. And I am done with Angie's Deals.? I have had it with special fine print that isn't really disclosed until after I buy the deal. And this is not the first Angie's list recommended provider who pretty much ignored my messages on the A list.? I get better service and deals on Craigs List.? And this new pro-rated membership plan?? So... If I want a guarantee that the deal is a good one I have to pay more?? Wow!? Just Wow!?

Service went very well. He was professional and efficient. Got the job done quickly with no upswell other than replace needed vent hose.

It took quit sometime for me to be able to get in contact to finally get a hold of me to even schedule the appointment. After scheduling the appointment the company did not show up. I called the company and was informed that they refused to provide the service to due to the distance. They said if I wished to have them come out it would be a $149 charge to clean my vents.

DCP Service Pros wasted all my time, and blamed Angie's List for the misleading $179 deal. According to Dan, he didn't posted the $179 Complete Air Duct Cleaning and Sanitizing deal, he said Angie's List did. Basically, he told me that in order to do a clean job, about $350 extra + an extra $70 needed to be paid, otherwise it would not have warranty etc... In other words, he didn't even do an inspection but wanted to charge more money... very bad and misleading service. I've never seen this type of misleading deals before!! Now I can see why Dan from DCP Service Pros wanted to talk on the phone and wanted to avoid emails, because he had a fine print with surprises that did not wanted to put in writing!

I think it turned out ok. I don't know if its coincidence that my dryer is not drying. I thought it was the vents but now Im not sure, it could be the dryer. It was an extra $10 because they had to go on the roof. I was going to pay for them to do the tenants place next door, they went and looked at it, but they said no they did not want to do it. They said someone would call me back and on one ever did.

It went fine. They came pretty quick though. Everything has been working fine. I don't have a problem. They showed up on time.

Team of three. Polite and friendly. However, seemed to be in a rush. Used vacuum tubes to sweep out ducts but caused scrapes at my wall corners dragging the tubes from room to room. They removed and cleaned the register vents, which was great, but after they left two of the registers were hanging down and three others were tightened too much which bent the metal. So, the job was done but I had some corrective work to do after they left.

The service turned out well. They came on time and got the job done well. It might have been a little bit more expensive than I wanted to pay.
