Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent. Showed up 45 min late which was ok. Couldn't find where dryer vented to outside. Finally found other side of roof peak and discovered had to remove cover to complete job. He explained and asked if I wanted it done. Ended up costing $60 additional and put on replaceable cover so no extra charge next time. Had needed to reschedule due to truck/equipment being stolen. Was prompt in contacting and scheduling once that was resolved.

Description of Work: Philipe carefully pressure washed the gutters in our two story home as well as cleaned the tile roof. To my surprise he also washed up the gutter debris from the sidewalks and driveway. I would definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Pros.

Description of Work: They cleaned out all the inside duct work, including vacuuming, spraying antibacterial product and installing a UV light in the furnace to help with bacteria. It went pretty well. The work got done. My only complaint was that after he was done I had to go around the house and put furniture back where it belonged in all the rooms. He left lights on and doors open, basically not leaving the rooms the way he found them. The work was done well, he just wasn't as professional as he could have been.

About 11 hours before the service was to be provided, I received an email cancelling the service with a cryptic message about business issues preventing the company from making the date. I have requested a refund.
