Description of Work: They arrived promptly, on a rainy day. They disconnected and moved the dryer, then set up the duct-cleaning vacuum and began cleaning. We had discussed whether a "vent Jack" would be a good idea since the dryer vents through the roof, but after cleaning, they determined that the lint build-up was not sufficient to warrant the cost. They replaced the dryer hose and explained why the old one was contributing to lint build-up. In short, they did what I expected quickly and professionally!

Description of Work: Cleaned the dryer duct and replaced a badly kinked hose which literally prevented the lint from going up the duct. This cost a little extra but was well worth it. He also offered additional services. I purchased a reusable filter to remove allergins from entering our AC/Heating ducts. He did have to arrive later for our appointment but called to let me know ahead of time.

Description of Work: I purchased dryer duct cleaning as a Big Deal on Angie's List for $59. |I purchased it on August 28. I got an autoresponse that said that the company would contact me within a couple of days or that I could contact them. I had not heard from them on Sept 4, so I decided to call. |When I asked about why he didn't call, he said "didn't you see that you could call us?" |After talking for a few minutes, I was told that there was going to be an extra charge because the vent was on a second floor roof. "And do I have a ladder to reach the second floor?" he asked. |I said that the homeowners' association had one, but I didn't have a lot of details about it. |Soon after he was telling me that he could clean my dryer vent, but that it would soon be clogged again if I didn't buy a "dryer jack" which is a new kind of dryer vent outlet that won't clog. This was going to be an additional $180. The dryer vent on the roof is more than 30 years old and this seemed like a good time to upgrade it. I chose to purchase this |When he came out, he told me that he had a great style of dryer exhaust tubing that was far better than the kind I had. That would be an additional $20. Again, our dryer tubing was dented and bent and the whole purpose of this service call was to improve the dryer performance (shorten drying times, reduce energy costs, and reduce the risk of fire.). I chose to purchase the new tubing. |I believe that this service will improve the performance of the dryer, but the whole thing came to $279. Is that worth it? Time will tell. |

Description of Work: Should have anticipated the duct clean was just that. Then I needed to purchase a new vent pipe. Glad to have this item completed.

Description of Work: They cleaned the dryer vent which I would recommend every one to do. This house is ten years old and it was never done before. Hard to believe all of the lint they retrieved. Well worth the money. were very neat and professional

Description of Work: They cleaned all windows and patio door taking screens off and cleaning them and cleaned the frame of the windows. | |Results was remarkable for my windows haven't been cleaned in years. The were efficient and professional. Would certainly used them again in the future.

Description of Work: They did quite well and were informative. The entire job took only 30 minutes, and there was no clean up by me required. They were turnkey.
