Description of Work: The job was performed satisfactory. The issue is my Visa card was charged by both Angie's List and by DCP Service Pros each for $99.00, so I paid for the job twice.

Description of Work: I up graded the screens but was not informed of the final pricing until the day they installed them. We talked about various options prior to the installation. The price was twice the advertised package. In my opinion the up grade should not have doubled the price. The office manager was to eliminate some of the cost but the details were not on the bill; only sun screen 80Uv with frames, sun screen 90Uv with frames and the labor cost. I am disappointed in the way the transaction was handled. However,I have no complaints about the screens or the installation of them.

Description of Work: They did a good job on the cleaning. It was fast, efficient and had minimal disruption. I didn't like the hard sell of a $200 dryer vent hood that they produce. It's a good product and I did buy and had them install it but the push for it was much too forceful.

Description of Work: Provider arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled time. For the work to be done, I was expecting more than one person. Our home was built in 1950 so the air duct system and the covers were from that period. What caused my concern was the breaking off of one of the vent rings for the ceiling and it was not brought to my attention. I saw it as he was about to leave, I asked what happened and he did not offer a credible explanation. In addition, two more ceiling vents were not replaced correctly resulting in minor scraping of the ceiling paint. I correctly replaced the vents. Overall, the work was good, but I have had other companies cleaned the vents with no damage to anything; albeit they were far more expensive.

Description of Work: I liked how professional the young man was. He completely explained everything to me. I was deflightfully surprised how much time he spent in my house - he was very careful, efficient and made sure nothing got dirty. I had thought that I had a hole in one of my ducts and that wasn't the case. He could easily have lied and said I needed to replace a duct, but he didn't. I highly recommend this company - very honest and trustworthy.

Description of Work: said they would clean up after gutters-- left me with 2 hrs of clean up after and still twigs hanging off my awning. I believe that because the worker was only allotted 1 1/2 hrs of service and that he had to leave to replace broken bit on his hose, he rushed in order to get job done in allotted time. When I stated this to Dan Ganas, the mgr, he inferred that it was my fault that I did not tell the worker to clean more.. Dan did refund me $99 back, but Angie's list would not do the same with the remaining $50---- sorely disappointed with both services..

Description of Work: This company cleaned my air ducts in my two-story home, and did a good job. Only reason I did not score "A" is that one of my intake registers was not placed back in its original position. Not a big thing, except that the thin metal foil insulating the edges now showed, and was a little unsightly. So the register had to be unscrewed and repositioned. But overall they did a good job.
