Description of Work: Cleaned 1 gutter about 30 ft long. Made a big mess, one plant died. Did not reattach downspout as promised. Dirt everywhere in the backyard. Sprayed down driveway right around downspout only. For that amount of cash I expected perfection, especially since I had to wait up to three weeks for the contractor to show up. Not happy.

Description of Work: Work was for gutter cleaning. A return visit was required to correct some defective work left by an employee no longer with the company. The company was contacted and agreed that a fix visit was in order. The crew that came back corrected the problem. They were very professional and I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters, which probably hadn't been cleaned by the last 3 owners. I now have no gutter overflow. They also identified a couple of cracked roof tiles.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters of lots of leaves and debris. They also cleaned up the debris left behind on the ground-so all in all, they did a good job. The owner also tried to sell me a dryer hose cleaning, and was a bit persistent, which I didn't feel was needed, and for that reason I downgraded the service to a B. The workers were courteous. The only reason I wouldn't hire them again, is because I think I can find someone cheaper.

Description of Work: The indicated that would come back to finish the job and now refuse to finish it. It was raining the day the came and they only cleaned 10% of the drains. This is very unprofessional.

Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning. Had to move my stacked washers out. Two men to do this job and it cost extra. Plus I needed a new vent outlet and that cost extra too.

Description of Work: They took down all the vent covers and cleaned them as well as very dirty air ducts in a home we purchased. They also replaced the dryer vent. The workman were on time for their appointment and completed the service within a reasonable time.

Description of Work: The gentleman cleaned out the almost totally blocked dryer vent. (I don't know that this had ever been done before in nearly 30 years.) He had to climb onto the roof to the outlet to set up the vacuum. He carefully pulled out my dryer without marking the soft linoleum. He replaced the flexible tube from the back of the dryer to the wall and locked it into place. (The previous tubing was just sitting in the wall and allowed lint to escape.) The gentleman was very punctual and extremely pleasant. The service only took about an hour. The extra tube was included in the special deal, but there was a $15 charge for climbing onto the roof, so $94.

Description of Work: gutter cleaning service. Was performed quickly and efficiently. Hadn't been done for a few years so it was a mess getting clean but results were very satisfactory. Will definitely use again.
