Description of Work: They did not clean the downspouts as they said they would, so the first time it rained hard, the gutters overflowed all around the house. We had to clean the downspouts ourselves.

Description of Work: Rain caused some delay, but it seemed to take a long time to get this service scheduled and performed. Long time passed before DCP initially contacted me. Also did not seem professional that he sold me something else while performing this service. I did not have to buy it, but seemed odd that he was selling it.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the gutters on the house and somewhat cleaned up after themselves. They were to look at the gutters on the patio cover and see what they could do. They never touched it, nor told us what it would cost to clean them.

Description of Work: Dec. 29 (approx) we paid for vent cleaning. They completed the job Feb. 5. Since they needed to go on the roof, the job was delayed by rain one time. We had to make two additional calls to them to make sure we weren't forgotten. The service rep was very professional and kept us informed of the job, including sharing pictures and the actual vent he was replacing. Our main concern is that we had to follow through by contacting them, rather than the other way around. He also showed us what he did above and beyond for the extra cost incurred.

Description of Work: Gutters drain well and are not overflowing. Only thing I did not like was that they left a mess behind. I wish they had cleaned up after themselves. If I use their service again, I will check before they leave.

Description of Work: Purchased service on 11/01/2015. Finally DCP contacted me and provided the service on 12/04/2015. One of my gutters was overflowing on 01/17/2016. I called and requested DCP to complete the job and clean the gutter and was told it has been over 30 days so there would be a charge of $60. for a service call. So that is a total of $209. to do the same job my neighbor's boy would have done for $50. I will never use their service again. When you are in business - Service is not a some time thing, Service is an all the time thing.
