Description of Work: He discovered that my dryer vent had been kinked by some service providers that installed some storage doors under the dryer unit. He repaired the vent and hosing. He also recommended a reusable filter for our air conditioning system that seems to be working fine.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent; replaced roof-top dryer vent hood. First appointment - tech arrived late and it was raining. He discovered dryer was vented through attic to roof so could not perform the service due to safety concern. Recommended that existing vent hood be replaced with different model that is more efficient. That plus added charge for moving stackable dryer resulted in additional cost of $145 above cost of listed special. Second appointment tech arrived on time and efficiently replaced vent hood and moved stacked dryer although I had to help him as it was a two person job. Work was performed professionally and I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: On Jan 19th I purchased a gutter cleaning special and I didn't hear anything from service provider for over a week so I contacted them. They stated they would come out early the next week. After several weeks of not hearing from them I contacted them again to let them know I either needed the service or my money back. Finally they came out and said that it would be extra because of the size of the house and due to the fact that it was a 2 story. I was fine with that but they still didn't come back. They finally performed the service in the middle of March almost 8 weeks after I purchased the special, then it rained... We had several clogged downspouts so we got out the ladder to take a look and found debris blocking several down spouts and several gutters that were never cleaned. I actually found WEEDS growing in one gutter. The service provider then sent me a bill for the additional cost. I responded with pictures of what I had found and I never heard from them again.
