Gutters were completely filled with leaves and pine needles. He pressure washed the gutters and actually cleaned the roof too. Before he started he covered my patio furniture, plants, koi pond with a tarp to prevent the debris from landing there. The job took over 2 hours to complete.

The Duct Pros cleaned the rain gutters. We felt they did an excellent job at a fair price.

They arrived on time and I was told what the service entailed, cleaning up to 10 air vents in the house. While Dan was here I opted to pay extra to have the dryer vent system cleaned and am I glad. They had trouble getting the brush through the tubing from the dryer connection inside the house to the vent opening outside of the house. Apparently, sometime ago, a bird had flown into the vent from the outside of the house and had built a nest which blocked the lint from escaping. After spending at least an extra hour or more working to get the vent completely clean, the amount of "stuff" that came out was unbelievable. It included a bird carcass a nest, and a huge amount of lint. Dan said that it was a fire ready to happen and judging what came out, he was right on. Thank you DCP!

I also added the dryer vent which was really needed (forget what that cost). And also bought two metal vents that could be cleaned and reused rather than buying new each time. They also forgot to bring in the sheets to cover furniture and batteries for the head lamp, so I supplied both. So my cheap air duct cleaning ended up costing me over $300, my choice. But I would hire again.

Using an Angie?s List special ($59), I hired Cleaning Pros to clean my dryer vents and hose. Dan was cheerful and professional, and did the work at the quoted cost plus a bit more for the dryer hose replacement (which I?ve heard is pretty normal). Typical of Angie?s List specials, this was an opportunity for the contractor to upsell, and I got a flyer and lecture about how I must get all ducts in the house cleaned?and cleaned often! Not all upsell opportunities failed?he sold me some custom furnace filters that replace the disposable kind. These were not cheap (prices vary with size), but you can clean them with a hose or in the sink. I thought this was the best thing since sliced bread! After the filters arrived, Dan replaced the annoying, non-functioning fasteners on my vent registers at no additional charge, which also delighted me. I recommend this contractor, and when I decide to get all the other ducts cleaned, I will hire Cleaning Pros.

I'm very happy that I had the opportunity to find out about Angie's List through my friend Greg. He also referred me to Duct Cleaning Pros who recently started also cleaning gutters. I scheduled an appointment with Dan and the first of December, they cleaned my gutters and down spouts. I was impressed with their service and professionalism. They were fast, efficient and thorough. My gutters were full of debris from the storms, rains .They used high powered equipment, such as a pressure washer with gutter cleaning attachment and blower. They cleaned off the roof and they pressure washed the sidewalk, front steps and the driveway before leaving. I'm so impressed with their service that next month I'm going to have Dan come back with his crew to clean my dryer vents and air ducts. Great job Dan and Duct Cleaning Pros.

It was great. He suggested that I get it changed, I said okay because it had been about ten years since it was. He seemed very informative; he was a nice guy and he seemed like somebody I would trust. I was convinced that he did a good job. He was right on time and he was very professional. He also does cleaning of the air ducts so I might use him for that next month.

We just had our rain gutters cleaned by Gutter Flow. When Duct Cleaning Pros owner Dan Ganas told me about his new service, I jumped to be among the first customers. Dan's other business, Duct Cleaning Pros, had recently done a first class job with our HVAC and dryer vents. And my gutters needed cleaning following our heavy leaf fall. Dan and Felipe arrived on time and proceeded to deploy the equipment -- a gasoline-powered pressure washer, long hoses and ladders. Dan walked around the house, noting gutter runs and downspouts, talking non-stop about the service which is really the front end of a gutter screening business. "Customers who purchase our highly rated 'green screen' gutter products get the pressure wash for free," said Dan. Well, I was only buying the cleaning today. After reviewing the prices for screening, I'm probably going to cover my gutters with Dan's green screen and ask for a refund of the cleaning fee. You can learn all about it at www.gutterflowusa.com. I'm going the DIY route, as Dan's samples look very easy to install. Or Dan's crew will do it for you at a hourly charge. I plan to compare the product and the price to make certain it's a good deal. But knowing Dan, it'll be well below the much higher cost of the heavily advertised leaf guard that you can't DIY. And the web site says it's warranted for life (my life or the house, I'm not sure). My medium-size single level house took only two hours. Gutter cleaning is a messy business. After doing the gutter interiors, Felipe and Dan were careful to clean the gutter exteriors, roof tile and adjacent walls on a low setting of the pressure washer. Then they followed up with a thorough cleaning of the ground, walkways and driveway. A hour later you couldn't even tell they'd been here. Mom Nature, bring on the rain! Precautions: if you have stuff you don't want to get wet (like lawn chair cushions), move 'em out of the way in advance or tarp 'em.

They were really good. They know what they were doing, they have good equipment. Very friendly, very professional. I was happy.

The provider showed up on time and did a through job of cleaning our dryer ducts and dryer. We have owned the dryer 5 years and clean the filter on every load so was very surprised to see how much lint was in the ducts. Our duct exits the roof not the side of the house so it was quite a job to clean it. Several neighbors used the service too.

Dan came out to clean the ducts. After checking them, he told me that the type of ducts I have in my house are unusual and could be damaged by his equipment. Therefore he requested not to do the service. I appreciated his honesty.

Deal was limited to newer homes; should have specified in ad. I was charged & paying interest on service that couldn't be provided. Ad stated I would be contacted by November 19 - received a generic email stating business would be on contact with me but no timeframe. Contacted 12/2. Told by Dan Ganas he that his equipment limited to newer homes. He offered to clean my gutters instead. No thanks

I was able to schedule an appointment the day after buying the Angie's List deal. Dan showed up on time and got right to work. He cleaned out my dryer vents and reinstalled my dryer. I would definitely use his services again.

Two guys showed up. One walked around the house looking at the ducts and vents. The other guy seemed to be in charge of up selling us on the reusable air filter and some UV light setup. We went with the reusable filter because it was the right size and we change our filters often due to having animals. The salesman talked on the phone for, literally, the rest of the appointment. It seemed like he could have been helping the other guy get done faster, or at least easier. All in all, the duct cleaning got done and it smells better in our new home, which is what we wanted.

Scheduling went smoothly and they accommodated the date/time I needed. Two men showed up. One salesman/technician and one technician who did the majority of the cleaning. As with any Angie's list special, you can expect some upselling. My husband hates upselling so he was put off and that's why I rated a "B" in professionalism. We added having the dryer duct cleaned and added a UV light to kill bacteria in the furnace, and purchased one additional filter. Our granddaughter has asthma so we thought, why not give it a try. It took about 3 -4 hours for them to finish the job (tri-level). I was a little nervous as they dragged a long hose around but fortunately we incurred no damage and all went smoothly. Also, they cleaned up after themselves and wanted to make sure we were happy with the job they did. They were supposed to drop the filters off the following Monday. They showed up on Wednesday so all was good. The filters were good quality.

Arrived on time, cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional. We did have to wait longer than advised to get the electrostat filter we purchased from them as they stated it took much longer to come in. Would have been nice if they had the size I needed in stock but otherwise a very great experience! Would hire them again.

Dan and Ron brought a very large cleaning unit on wheels, made by Air Care of Las Vegas. It's quite an affair, requiring two separate electrical outlets, each rated 15 amps. One circuit drives a very powerful (and noisy) vacuum while the other drives the power head rotating brush extending from the front of the vacuum head. A hand held remote control is used to turn the brush off and on. I think it also reverses spin direction. - Think of it as a flexible drive shaft centered in a long, flexible vacuum pipe. - Dan and Ron also brought in two pro ladders and a standard floor vacuum. Those ladders were perfectly and safely sized to reach my 10 foot ceiling where all the HVAC vents are located. - After a vent is removed, Dan or Ron turned on the vacuum and began inserting the business end of the long hose into the duct run. Once inside, he then used the remote control to activate the spinning brush. You could hear the long bristles whipping dust off the inner surfaces of the aluminum duct as the vacuum sucked up the debris. Very little dust can be seen coming out of the vent opening during this process, which tells you how effective this method is. Some vent runs are short while others extend many feet. The large vacuum hose is also really long so that every square inch of the run is covered. The team runs this thing in and out of the vent to make certain they've covered all surfaces. - The team uses white sheets to cover furnishings in the vicinity of each duct. These are shaken (outside) after each duct is cleaned. The vents themselves are also hand cleaned, the last step of which is to use a Clorox wipe to disinfect. The vents are then securely replaced. - After all the air ducts in the house had been processed, Dan and Ron went after the much larger air return in my hallway. Since this is the first time my system has been cleaned (18 years!), quite a bit of dirt was removed. I was impressed! - Dan then located the system filter and removed the old filter. This was replaced by a quality passive electrostatic unit included in the Angie's List deal. I did my research and decided to upgrade from the standard included filter to a more robust permanent model. I also opted for an interesting active ultraviolet air purifier called the UVC Max-36. I conducted extensive Internet research and found this technique to be highly recommended for people who suffer from airborne allergies, as I do. The small Max-36 installs in the air plenum right at the furnace, and plugs into an available 115V outlet. - Dan encountered an unusual condition in the air return and promised to refer it to a licensed HVAC specialist for an answer. Namely, he discovered a special unused filter slot. To make this usable, the large air return vent needs an easy-to-open and close frame. I'm hoping Dan or his specialist get back to me on this, as I'd like to use the filter slot with the new electrostatic model. The last step is vacuuming the floors, which Ron did quickly and efficiently. Then, off to the next appointment. They arrived at 9 and were gone by 11:30. Very nice job! Excellent value, too. - ps: I scheduled DCP to return and clean my dryer vent and duct. Dan and Ron show me the accumulated lint in the exterior dryer vent. It was chilling to see how much was in there. Definitely a fire trap. They'll be returning to clean it up.

They cleaned all my air ducts and did a great job

The service provided was done professionally and we were pleased that we were not disrupted from our regular routine. There was a little noise, but not more than a regular vacuum cleaner. The cleaning team was polite and efficient. The process did not create more dirt or mess and the team members covered delicate areas near where they were working. They were respectful of our home and family.

I have a very long dryer vent run that I've tried to clean on my own with limited success so I decided to call a professional. They had the right tools and did a great job. Not only did they clean the entire vent run (my tool from Ace Hardware wouldn't reach even with an extension kit.) but they cleaned under and around the washer and dryer, cleaned out the lint catcher and vacuumed inside the dryer too. Then they polished both the washer and dryer till they shined like new. My laundry room is narrow so they had to work in cramped quarters but didn't complain. They cleaned up everything when they were done as well. Then they inspected my AC ducts and filter. They visually checked the ducts with a remote camera and to my surprise they said they looked great and didn't need to be cleaned. I figured that added service was how they made their money, but they were really honest said it wasn't needed at this time. When they checked my AC filter they found that I had already purchased an electrostatic filter from the HVAC company that installed my system. They explained that the quality filter is why my ducts were so clean. They showed me their model and it looks virtually identical to the one i have. The different layers and frame look like they came out of the same factory. But their filter sells for a fraction of what mine cost. If you don't have one, I would highly recommend you get one from them. These electrostatic filters really work. They keep the dust out of the ducts but off the furniture too. I've already referred this company to a couple of friends. They did a great job. Thanks.
