The Duct Cleaning Pros

Vent needed much more than a simple clean out. Special promotion is a loss leader. Much more expensive work to be done another day. That's what they are hoping for. Except for that, it's all good

Very well. It was very clogged and they had the machinery and techniques to totally clear it.

My dryer vents required extensive cleaning so I upgraded to a more comprehensive cleaning. Also, new vent ducting was installed. Technician took extra care to keep work areas clean and tidy.

Our service tech was professional and easy to talk to. He showed up on time and cleaned up any debris he caused due to the vent cleaning.

I never actually the work done. When I spoke with Dan on the phone he told me that in case there may be any additional cost that it would be $70 TOTAL. I confirmed this multiple times just to be sure that it was only $11 extra. When the crew member came out, he told me that it would be a deluxe dryer vent cleaning and that it was going to be an additional $79 on top of what I had already paid. I called Dan to get clarification and he started back peddling and saying that it was $70 TOTAL still. Turns out TOTAL to Dan is not the total amount due, but the ADDITIONAL amount due. I was willing to negotiate with them but Dan was unwilling. I have contacted Angie's List and gotten a refund and I will not use them again.

It cost more than originally planned, but that was because I didn't stay on top of having the dryer vent cleaned. I definitely recommend this company.

Went ok. We knew there would be a $30 surcharge for going on the roof but when they arrived they told us we would have to pay for the deluxe cleaning, which was $90 extra, because the ducts were so clogged. I am still not sure why the initial $59+30 would not have cleaned out the lint.
