The Duct Cleaning Pros

they were a delight to work with. my dryer vent had not been cleaned in years. they fixed the vent on the roof. they also replaced my disposable filters with a permanent filter. we have allergies and I can see the difference already. they arrived on time. cleaned up after themselves. were easy to work with and helpful. I plan on having them come back once a year to clean the vent.

The service went fine, there was nothing negative. It was all positive.

The provider did a good job, is very thorough in checking out the system, and cleaned up afterward with a high degree of care. Our only preference would have been if it had been less sales oriented (more and more services that we should add) and if we could have had a written explanation of all services before agreeing to them. In spite of that, we thought that the Duct Cleaning Pros were pros at what they do, and we would recommend their service.

The service turned out fine. It was a good experience, he showed up on time, and it was done quickly. It rained after he left, and it was fine. It worked out. The pricing was great.

Since this service was for a rental home, I have been unable to judge the quality of service as yet. Same for their punctuality. Dan from the duct cleaning pros was informative and upfront with any extra costs which may be incurred due to my gutter coverings.

My experience with The Duct Cleaning Pros was excellent. They were kind and friendly and explained every detail about what was going on.

It went well although I am waiting on them to come back and finish the work they left unfinished. They were very nice and the owner of the company was there as well. They worked really hard. I spent $200 more than the Big Deal price. It was more than I wanted it to be.

The provider never showed up for the scheduled appointments so work was never performed. I will seek a reimbursement and schedule the service with someone else.

Everything went fine. They were great.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was average. They could have improved by showing me the before and after. I wasn't sure if my ducts were clean or not. He was there for 4 hours and opened up all the vents. They tried to upsell me on a couple of different things. I ended up paying $20 additional for them to power wash some vents. The price was about average. The guy was supposed to be there at 10:30 and he called and said that he wouldn't be there until 11:30. I probably would use them again.

Everything was done professionally and well.

Bottom-line - my deck and patio look great, which was my goal for securing this service. I was truly only purchasing the powerwashing services and did not care to have the add-on services performed. I think it speaks highly of the Duct Cleaning Pros that they were willing to clean my dryer vent, gutters, etc. My HOA provides the gutter service annually and my dryer is a new install.. They have the right equipment and the person who completed my project worked very hard to provide high-quality. He always had his attention to making certain that I was completely satisfied with his work. For areas that could not be renewed to near original condition, he explained why and what steps he took. Hey, I feel like this stuff is out of doors and it's unreasonable to expect wood and hard surfaces that are in the weather and sun to ever be restored to new condition. I appreciated how conscientious he was with his work efforts and his communication. They provided friendly service. My only recommendation is that you ensure that they provide you with a window of time for their arrival. If you are not their first client of the day, it's reasonable to anticipate delays in arrival. Duct Cleaning Pros, please just provide a 3 or 4 hour time for arrival. As consumers, as much as we might complain about "windows of time for arrival" we are used to that being an appropriate approach.

I heard about them through Angie's List. They had a couple week lapse because they had a problem with the equipment. They did a decent job but the equipment broke right in the middle of it. He said that it was stolen but I found out later that wasn't the case. It was OK; he did a good job. He came back on time when he showed up and I understand when you have equipment problems, so he was good. I ended up having a few more ducts cleaned, and he charged me an extra $50.00 for those ducts, but since he had to make the trip back I didn't have a problem with that. For the price it was OK. It did take them a little longer than I thought because he did have that break down in equipment, but he could have been a little bit more responsive in letting me know before that morning that he wasn't going to show up. He emailed me but I wasn't checking emails that morning and he didn't show up. In my opinion he should have done that the day before, or he could have given me a phone call to say that he wasn't going to show up. But then he made another appointment and he was even early for that appointment

Dan was a good guy. He showed up on time, worked quickly and didn't overcharge us. It's clear he only wants to sell you what you actually NEED--refreshing!

The workman made a fairly big mess getting the leaves off the roof - in all fairness, it was a soggy mess to deal with due to recent rain, but he was rather careless with everything. In the end, when we checked the gutters, we found they still contained leaves and debris. We called the company and talked to the owner, who came out promptly and cleaned the gutters properly.

The Duct Pros were very professional and did a great job. Everything was explained to me before they started. My gutters are now working like they're supposed to. The last rain stoem we had proved that. The waterfall that was in front of the garage door is now gone. I had the ducts in my dryer cleaned mainly for safety reasons. Since they had never been cleaned before and could be a potential fire hazard I had them cleaned. These guys were great and I would use them for future work.

They came out and tried to clean my ducts but the first one they tried just really fell apart; they were just too old to be cleaned. It was not the companies fault at all and the guy was very helpful about it. He also gave me really good info on how I could solve the problem.

It took several weeks to get an appointment because their equipment was stolen. The service went fine. He arrived late and was somewhat slow in doing the work. We purchased an extra dryer hose and filter through them. Overall it was ok but I felt the technician wanted to talk too long.

They finally came out to do the work. Scheduling was hard and they didn’t call me until February and I purchased the deal in January. The day they scheduled they didn’t show up. I let them know and they said that they would send someone out the first thing in the morning; He then didn’t show up until 5:00 in the afternoon. He mentioned that it was too late so we had to reschedule again. When they did clean the gutters it was good though.

Dan arrived on time, 10AM, and got to work immediately. As Dan cleaned my duct work, he explained what he was doing and why. Dan has a very professional work ethic ... which I like. Some work required more effort than initially expected. The filter screen needed hangers which Dan installed. The UV light needed an electrical connection which Dan also installed. For both the filter screen and the UV light, Dan took the time to explain how to access them and when it should be done. He especially emphasized that the UV light should not be looked at while it was on because it would have an adverse affect on my eyes. Dan also cleaned all my registers. Dan cleaned my dryer duct last ... which included cleaning out the vent inside the dryer. All in all, Dan was done by 4:00PM in time to go to his next duct cleaning job. I would recommend Dan for any jobs that he would do.

Went well. provider was on time. worked fast. I thought that they pushed for the upgrades a little too much though....

Dan was very polite and professional. I'm glad to know that my dryer vent is now not a fire hazard.

Dan was thorough and very careful to protect my furniture and carpeting from dirt from the vents. Hopefully, with the new filter pad and the cleaning I won't have as much dust in the house.
