He has to reschedule several times due to “equipment repair” but was nice when he got there. He did charge us more for needing to go up on the roof which seemed fair.

He showed up later than planned - but did call first to let me know which was appreciated. Charged me an extra $10 to move my front loader washer and dryer out from the wall. While appreciate that these machines are heavy, charging an extra $10 was not very professional. These are the types of machines most people have - just build it into your price, or at a minimum put on the ad that an extra charge will apply for front loaders. Charged antoher $10 for a new vent hose - which seemed fair. Got a lot of stuff out of the vent and I feel like he did a good job - but I would have rated higher if they 1 - would have came when they originally said they would and 2 - didn't charge the extra $10 to move my machines.

Very professional and nice. Quick and easy. Most times you get a "deal" you get what you pay for but this case was an outstanding deal and I feel we got more than what we paid for!

It went very well. They were on time. did a great job explaining as they went along. I was shocked how much lint was in there. I will definitely use these fellows again. No mess. Polite.

Provider was very friendly. The aluminum tubing behind the dryer was bent. They replaced it with a new aluminum tubing for $20. They cleaned out the dryer lint as well. They completed the work in about half an hour. They also told me about their other services such as air duct cleaning, etc. Will contact them in future for other projects.

It was wonderful! Their clean-up was good. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal.

It went well. They spent approximately 2 days completing the work. It was a bit higher than I was expecting but the work was done well.

It went great. I have vaulted ceilings so it cost a bit more but he included the dryer vent and a better filter for my air conditioner. He was very professional and went over the job with me before and after completion. My house was left much cleaner than when he arrived. Great service!

I own 2 houses next door to each other. I live in one and rent out the other. I purchased dryer vent cleanings for both houses through Angie's List. Dan arrived right on time and cleaned both vents. He mentioned that he also cleaned furnace ducts and I made an appointment to have the ducts on my furnace cleaned. Again he showed up on time and spent 3 hours cleaning my ducts. I was amazed at the amount of dust and dirt they removed from my ducts. They even cleaned the duct grills. I had him fog the ducts with a deodorizer and disinfectant. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend them.

The owner and his assistant, both very professional, patient and through in their explanations and seemed quite knowledgeable. What I also appreciated is that he informed us of other more intensive services (cleaning out all our air ducts), let us know there would also be an Angie's List discount if we chose to do that as well but did NOT gives us a pushy hard sell. It's recommended to have your drier vents cleaned about once a year. I'll definitely use this company again in in 2015.

I had initially called and scheduled for them to come and clean the air vents in the house since I'm sure no one had ever done them. There was a team of two that came, Dan and one of his employees. They were both very professional. This is the second time I've had them come out and I am still very pleased with how well Dan explains to me what he is doing and why, I feel like I learn a bit more about my home every time he's been here. They were here for a little over 3 hours, and they obviously did a very thorough job. Along with cleaning the air ducts, Dan explained to me that some of the duct openings weren't sealed and that although it wasn't a big issue, it would help with air flow efficiency. He told me how I could do it myself, but I told him to just go ahead and do it for $7 per opening. He also made sure to clean all the vents while they were off (they were so dirty he took them outside and used the jet spray on the hose). He also offered for $50 a "fog" of the ducts in order to disinfect them. I didn't take him up on this since they didn't find any mold and he didn't really think it was necessary, he said since our ducts weren't too bad it would be more for my peace of mind if they did it. However, I did have him install an electrostatic filter while he was here. He had to improvise a bit since the opening for where the filter is supposed to go in is in a funky place (it's right behind some crown molding for the furnace door and therefore the not flexible filter cant be pushed in). So he installed in instead in the place where the air gets pulled into the box below, it was also a perfect fit there and it will work the same way. I thought this was very clever, he put a screw in to make sure that it wouldn't get pushed back into the box. All in all, the price was really good (they give special Angie's List prices for pretty much everything) and they were very professional. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

There was a lack of communication at first with the appointment day and time but the provider made up for that and came on a Saturday specially to do the work. He was knowledgeable, quick and efficient.

The service went fine. I paid an extra $20 for something I am not quite sure what was for. I believe that should have been included I the deal. The technician was pleasant and efficient. He was great with the cleanup and happy to explain what he did to me. I had no issues with scheduling.

It all went very well and in a timely manner. Very professional.

I didn't like having to be charged extra for everything, I thought everything was included in the big deal and after reading the deal details I see where deodorizing was included but he charged me extra. I feel ripped off. I paid $150 extra set aside from what I had already paid for with the big deal. I just finished talking to Dan, the owner of the company. When I spoke with him, he said the disinfectant cost more that they put in the deodorizer. Instead, he offered to give me an air filter for furnace, but I declined. He refused to give me any money back. He says that it is Angie's error for putting that writing in there.

It was a fine experience. They cleaned the lint up, they showed up on time and did the work.

They did a good job for me. I recommend them to my mother-in-law and they did a good job over there too. It took a while to get the filter going, but the ductwork was fine.

They're good, they're responsive and we got a couple of other jobs done by them too so they were very good. We tried other companies and they were the most reasonable.

It went very well. We have two different systems so I bought two of his filters that are cleanable and really nice. They're not crappy little cardboard ones, they're reusable and really nice. It's very clean, very professional, and very nice guys.

He also gave me a lot of information regarding future cleaning and what to expect when I purchase a new dryer.

It was an amazing, eye opening experience. As a home owner, I wish I had Dan to work on my entire house. He is an expert in his field and would recommend him to any one I know. He explained all of my options and was very professional and educational. I can't wait until he works on the house's air venting system.

For the most part it went fine. He was prompt and worked hard. He was pretty neat and clean, making sure he didn't leave any mess. While pulling the hose he apparently knocked over a pot on the patio (we have a lot of pots). He had washed off our car with his power washer and our driveway, by way of apology. He offered to replace the pot but I said not to bother. It is a good service and I would use it again. It was definitely a good price.

We cancelled services and were refunded our money when the HVAC service technician said our ducts had been cleaned within the past year or so.
