The service was ok. The tech let me know that the cleaning I had been doing myself was very thorough and I did not really need the service which I appreciated. As a result of this I would not use them in the future as I do not need to.

The service was good and I am pleased. They came in did a good job and cleaned up everything thoroughly.

Dan Ganas and his assistant-in-training arrived on time. They were tidy, professional, and thorough. They began at the back of the house and worked forward to the main living areas. In every room, they used padded and drop cloths to keep work areas, furniture and floors clean. The vents were opened, the ducting cleaned, and sanitized. In some cases, there were substantial gaps between the vent and the drywall and Dan sealed the gaps with tape, which was an extra charge that I agreed to pay. Dan found that the screws for the vent covers has hex heads instead of phillips heads, and he replaced them where appropriate. The work was accomplished in a little over an hour. My house smelled better, and it was noticeably easier to breathe. The house is not as dusty as it had been. Dan made smart recommendations for minor improvements to seal the vents, and recommended that I replace the ten-year old Hepa filter for the furnace. It was time, and the new one is definitely an improvement for quality and efficiency. Dan truly went the extra mile, he did not have the size filter my furnace needed with him, but returned after 6:00 p.m. to deliver it to me. That's real service! I used Dan's coupon for the vent cleaning, and found that I got great service, and the job was done for much less than I had priced vent cleaning to be in the past which made me really happy. They cleaned up their equipment, left my house clean, and were just very pleasant to have working in my home.

The workman is a partner in the business. He was very accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. The prices were good.

Provider arrived exactly on time and performed all duties thoroughly and efficiently. Had good input for maintaining gutter performance. Was very professional. I plan on using them again on a regular basis for gutter cleaning and vent cleaning.

It was very good. They were prompt, friendly and had adequate equipment to do the job.

It was timely. He also put a new piece on the roof. He was personable, he's the business owner so you know that you're dealing with somebody who has a vested interest in doing a good job.

He was very prompt and courteous. I did pay a little more, but he had to go up on my roof to clean the dryer vents.

My dryer was taking longer and longer to dry. I had a service appointment scheduled when I told a friend about my problem. She suggested it might be my vent. I have had my vent cleaned before so was dubious but went ahead and made an appointment just to eliminate any possibilities. Sure enough that was the problem. I had had a rodent problem and someone had put screens where they thought entry points might be. The covered the end of my vent that leaves the house! It was totally blocked with lint. Dumb!! They discovered that the vent leaving my dryer was a poor design and so was the vent running the length of the garage. It was two pieces of different sizes held together with duct tape. They replaced it with the right size and used the proper materials. I am very very happy with the job they did and thrilled that my dryer is working perfectly again. He told me that some people actually replace their dryers thinking that would solve the problem, but it is the vent causing the issue.

Everything went exceptionally well, except provider failed to contact resident to examine interior as requested.

While the work was completed promptly, we were disappointed about the mess that remained after the job was completed. In the past, we have paid about the same amount for someone to climb on our roof and clean the gutters with a scoop, depositing the debris into a bucket and putting the debris into our yard waste. The Duct Pros employee got onto our roof with a power washer and sprayed the gutters clean, which did clean the gutters, but blasted the debris all over the patio, walkways, and areas below the roof. He then power washed the area, but it just blew the leaves and debris into our yard, where we will need to clean it up.

The gentleman worked cleanly and quickly and did not push me to buy additional services.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient.

They were great. The duct cleaning was done one day in a hour or so and then they came back another day to install the duct access on the roof. They were prompt, efficient and cleaned after them selves. We recommend them highly and we will use them again if the need arises.

Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Replacing dryer vent tubing was pretty quick and easy and he also installed the dryer jack. I was happy with the service and the information.

A miserable and shocking experience from Angies List. I cannot believe we were referred...or should i say "REEFERED" such lousy contractors. I absolutely will NOT re-new my Angie's list membership. I thought Angie's list screened providers so that the bad ones were not sent to our homes. I called the provider several times trying to get my money back and my products, but the stoner on the other end of the line said his truck was robbed. Angie's List: Really...? I want my money back! ALL of it!

They got the job done. He up charged because of the extended length of the dryer vent. The problem was that it was unknown. They were very responsive and professional. He helped in any way needed to get the job done. I would use them again in the future.

They did a good job cleaning the duct. Showed up on time, spent an appropriate amount of time and set everything back to the way it was when they started. However, there was too much upsell for me.

The vent cleaning was fine and what is what I hired them for. Then he said I needed additional work for additional $300. I didn’t get the service done, because I wanted to checked with another company, which I did, and they said I didn’t need that service.
