Extremely responsive and looking to please customer. Offered other services as well but not persistent. Technicians that did work explained process, and did a nice job cleaning as much as possible around the area. Price was reasonable. We can see difference in air flow post cleaning. I would recommend this company.

Kyle showed professionalism when he called that he was running a few minutes late. He covered the areas he was working on with blankets and cleaned up all areas. There was a big difference after the ducts were cleaned. I would definitely use the service again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Kyle cleaned my heating & cooling ducts and no more dust blowing out of the registers. Arrived on time and both he and Dan were pleasant to work with. Another company that wanted the job "bugged" me three times every two hours for the job.

Charged me too muchfor dryer vent cleaning. He only cleaned the side of the dryer and will charge me again upon cleaning the roof (2 story house) for add'l $50.00. Since he charged us enough initially, finishing the 'roof side' should not cost us anymore than we paid initially. Right now we still has the same problem before DCP did the service.

Just had my vents cleaned by DCP. Dan and Kyle did a great job. I had a vent clean done last week on a Groupon from another company for cheap, total waste of $ and time. Guess you get what you pay for. These guys get the job done right. Very satisfied. Thanks Home Advisor for the lead.

I had my dryer vents cleaned. Kyle was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and why he needed to plug the vaccum electrical lines into two different sockets. There was no sales pitch. He did an excellent job, He vaccumed the floor in the back of my dryer. I was very pleased with the service.

Kyle was very professional and friendly. It's not easy work and he was thorough in performing the cleaning. He spent a full four hours on the job and was attentive to any concerns I may have raised. I would recommend this company or Kyle to anyone.

We hired DC Pros to clean our front and back rain gutters. We were pleased with the company service man's, Kyle, professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and knowledge about the job to be done. The company has other services that we are interested in and plan to utilize in the near future.

I thought Dan was coming out, but Kyle came instead. Dan was sick. Kyle, as far as I know, did a good job.
