Very friendly.Spent a couple of hours doing the job. They showed me the pictures of the before and after once I asked to see them. Looked much better. The furnace looked spotless.I dropped a star on quality because they stood on my couch instead of moving it. Not that I minded too much as they covered it first and I have done that myself, but I thought that was unprofessional. I dropped a star on customer service because they did not email me the before and after pictures to show my husband or the invoice as promised. i dropped a star on value because I was told my cost would include the dryer but since it was raining they were unable to do this. I was told they could come back to do this but they would charge me another $49 for the house call. I also feel the owner should have called me to reschedule the drying.

They did the job quickly and well. However, probably will use another service the next time we need to have this done. HomeAdvisor only referred one company - would have liked to have had multiple providers to permit competitive bidding for the job.

Duct Pros spent 4 hours cleaning my ducts. The technician showed me before and after pictures. The difference was amazing. Duct Pros did an excellent job.

Very professional.Clearly answered my questions. Left my house clean. Did not try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Family is breathing much better.

The tech was late on the appointment, BUT, he did excellent work and what a GREAT price! I would hire them for sure in the future if/when needed!
