The only small criticism I have, is that furniture moved was not replaced. Not a biggy for me but might be for some.

Dan was excellent explaining everything he was doing. He showed me what the problem was and also how he fixed it. I feel very confident I won't be having any more problems in the future. Dan responded to my request on Home Advisor within seconds of me submitting the request. When the appointment was made - he gave me a window of time when he would arrive and then on appointment day he kept me updated as to arrival time. WOW- I loved that! Very professional, friendly, thorough and clean-- did not leave any mess. I will definitely use them again and as a matter of fact will be hiring them to install a new Dryer roof jack as well as a special retro fit box for the wall behind my dryer due to the close fit of the dryer to the wall.

Dan and his son did a great job cleaning the ducts and vents in a house I had purchased. I feel they gave me good advice, they were not pushy when I didn't accept everything they recommended. I would use them again.

Fast easy and quality service

This was a first class dryer vent cleaning and Dryer Roof Jack Installation. I have learned that it is so important to have the proper dryer vent on the roof. I had noticed the accumulation of lint on the roof. That issue has been taken care of in a professional manner and the cost was very appropriate. I highly recommend DCP.

Extremely pleased- very satisfied - offered additional items without expectation of acceptance. Work product was exceptionable. In fact after declining some additional items I reversed my decision toward end of the duct cleaning project and had two of them done.

Outstanding service, a job well done. Dan (DCP) has an excellent work ethic: arrived on time, by himself (his helper had an emergency), got to word quickly, cleaned 8 ducts, their register screens, the return box. Dan also installed a new metal filter and a UV light to kill any bacteria that passed thru the filter. He also cleaned my dryer and drier duct. He did a complete cleanup and then, after six hours of steady work, he was off to his next job. It was a pleasure to see a professional work quickly and also be willing and patient to explain what was being done and why.

He is very polite to get hired and not standing on his commitments. Trying to sell unwanted products and services than committed service to complete in the middle of work which supposed to be completed. If you are not interested to buy any of his additional products or services then he will leave the work incomplete and he stop the work incomplete and start saying that he is done for what you are going to pay. Extremely cautious while dealing with Duct Cleaning Pros.

I am waiting for the filter since they had to special order the size. I was advised that it would take 10 days to receive and the Owner would return to install it....

Everything went great they came on time, finished on time and left every thing clean.. Friendly, honest, hard working. I would recommend DCP highly.

They provided two personnel for three and one half hours, explained all their procedures prior to performing them and were very careful in cleaning during and after! They covered furniture prior to cleaning and moved those items that were in their way! They installed an ultra violet light in my HVAC unit to eliminate bacterial growth and air flow contamination and washable air filters plus cleaned out our dryer stack. I will use them again.

DCP is a five-star enterprise. What a great job they did for me. If you've avoided duct cleaning (HVAC and dryer), get these guys on your calendar. Your dryer duct is a genuine fire trap if it was as choked as mine. My air conditioning actually now sounds quieter, now that 18 years of dust & dirt have been removed.

Friendly and good service. On time for appointment, worked hard and effiecient, and also cleaned up afterwards.

Dan was here on time did what he promised to do, I believe him to be honest and a hard worker .I recommend him for cleaning ducts for Air and Heating unit. I believe he would do a good job also on cleaning vents for dryer. I didn't get that service. .

Not only did they clean my dryer vent but they polished up my washer and dryer, you can see yourself in it. They also cleaned the lint trap. They went above and beyond.
