ut After 10 years of puttng up with the Pantry our house came with, we were ready for a change. The boards in the pantry were starting to fall apart. We called the closet Dr, they came out and gave us ideas and estimates. They are professional, reliable and fair in price. We moved forward with the project and are very pleased with the outcome.

The planner was excellent. She had good ideas, the plan maximized our available space and easily worked around some impediments in the construction of the closet. The installation was equally proficient. They were incredibly careful in creating a work environment that avoided bringing dirt into the house and while there were two flights of (with many tight turns) no damage was inflicted. The two installers were very professional and extremely competent. Very positive experience; would use them again without question.

They overall experience went excellent! The installation crew was awesome, as well as the sales person, Christina.

They were punctual and very friendly. Their estimated price of $5000 was competitive. They provided good drawings and documentation. It was not just verbal confirmation, but they sent me an email to back up what they were saying. I have given them a deposit, and they are installing the closets in about two weeks.

It went really well. The first person who came out to look at the closets, Derek Holland, turned out to be the owner. He was very professional and clearly knew his business. He took measurements, then sat down and took out his laptop, designing all 3 closets right there and then, and modifying them according to my needs and requests. He offered some great suggestions to maximize the use of the space while avoiding things like electrical plugs in the wall. He had brought samples of the various finishes so I could make informed choices, and readily answered my many questions. He later emailed me 3D views of the designs from different angles, and the "blueprints" with all measurements. Once I had made a decision to move forward, Derek came out again to get a contract signed. They were scheduling about 2 weeks out. The first person came out on a Monday to rip out, patch and paint. While he was there, he also corrected one of my sliding wardrobe doors that was hanging out of alignment. He did a nice, thorough job and laid down tarps everywhere to keep the mess off the floor and carpet, not just in the closets but in walkways too. The second person, Kevin, came out on Friday (I had asked for the gap in between rip-out and install as I wasn't able to be back at home until Friday, and they accommodated me) and worked all day to install. He did an excellent job, was also extremely personable and professional, and cleaned up after the mess of installation. There were a couple of minor things that were not installed as I had requested (tie racks that I needed to be sliding, and a coat hook rack that was installed a little too low on a wall) so Kevin came back on Monday morning (Labor Day Monday, I might add- a holiday!) to take care of those things. He had wanted to return on Saturday to finish it up but we had not been available. There were only two (again, minor) glitches: one was that the tie racks needed repositioning so that the ties on the upper rack didn't overlap with the ties on the lower rack; the second was that the wrong drawer organizer had arrived for one drawer. I called Derek Holland, and he said that he had realized about the drawer organizer and had ordered the correct one. It was going to take a couple more weeks to come out. A little irritating to have to wait, but no big deal. When the correct one arrived, Kevin came back out, removed the wrong one and put in the correct one. At that time he also repositioned the tie racks. The company has been marvellous to work with. They're locally based in the Sacramento region (Lincoln) and clearly take pride in doing a great job. The remodeled closets double our storage room and look absolutely great. All 3 people I had out at my house were really pleasant and responsive. Oh, and Kevin also showed me where he'd noticed a nail coming up out of my outside staircase. He offered to bang it back in and did so, thereby saving me a nasty fall and possibly a badly cut toe. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. An added bonus was that they cost less than some of the national chains and you get as good a product if not better.

The whole experience was great. The salesman, Bob, was very knowledgeable and helped us figure out the most suitable configuration for our needs. The installation was smooth and very professional. The installers were very neat and cleaned up when the job was done. We love the result and would recommend them to anyone.
