+ -1 moreI was very impressed with Tim's home inspection process. He went above and beyond in so many ways to explain everything he saw to my husband and I. His customer service and professionalism was spot on, which is hard to find in today's marketplace. That coupled with his extensive insustry knowledge made our home inspection a wonderful and informational process. I would absolutely recommend Tim to anyone going through the home buying process!

+ -1 moreTim Murphy from ProSpec did our home inspection for our mortgage. His inspection took over 2 1/2 hours, was incredibly through, and he gave us a disc of the pictures that he took, AFTER he took the time to explain what the pictures were of, and what they meant. He also took the time to explain to us what the California state laws were concerning various defects in the house, how to fix them, and how and where we could find good people to fix the issues. (Like here on Angie's List!) If I were to buy another house... Tim and his son are the people that I want inspecting the house.
