Description of Work: Patrick is a very talented guy but he is also incredibly busy so I had to stay in contact with him on timelines but the effort is worth it because he does a great job! Would definitely use again!

+ -1 morePatrick was very responsive to our ideas, and worked with us to stay within our budget. He made use of some of the existing materials that we had on hand, so that nothing went to waste. Patrick was wonderful to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone for a project large or small.
Description of Work: Placer Artistic Improvements renovated our front and backyard. Including: demolition and installation of a new front path and stepping stones. A landscaping plan was created by a professional. We had the front lawn removed and a few trees, which were replaced with drought tolerant plants and a new sprinkler system, and solar yard lights. A new gate was added to the side yard, along with a paving stone pathway. New sod was laid in the back yard, and 3 8x4' raised beds were constructed and surrounded with decomposed granite. The existing flower beds were cleared and covered with new bark, and new trellises were installed for climbing plants. We also had a small fence built around the A/C unit to keep our dogs away.

He is going to be doing my landscaping and putting in a door for me. I really like him. He's a really great guy. I will definitely continue to use him.
