+ -1 moreRemarkably, they also sent me a letter, now that I'm filing complaints with the BBB and the Contractor's State License Board falsely alleging that I agreed to take a discount in exchange for accepting the work "as is" waiving all warrantees and rights under the contract and CA law.
Description of Work: Drywall: cracking, gaps, areas where texture was omitted, large mud patches left on wall, knocked off and threw away tiles, uneven patches, scratches in drywall, etc. Lines everywhere where drywall meets drywall. The work was hideous and the contractor refused to correct. His comment, "We've done enough. You can do it yourself. It's not that hard."
