About us

My name is Katie Marsullo. I’m a full-time realtor and interior designer/decorator. My roots started with flipping homes and working with investors. Major full home renovations on a budget are my specialty! There is nothing more satisfying than starting with a home that is completely run down and bringing it to life for other families to enjoy! After 5 years, I decided to venture out and start working with the general public as well. Now, creating spaces that homeowners want to design custom without breaking the bank. I thrive on working with a budget so my clients can update more around their homes/offices and create an entire space that’s beautiful and functional.
