Could not be happier, texted just last night for someone to check my AC unit not running. Said they'd be here 12-2pm today, quick turnaround with these 100+ degree days. Anyway the tech lands here right at 12, troubleshoots the issue in 15 minutes, and was done and gone by 12:20. It was a simple condenser connection issue so only paid the initial consultation fee...would definitely use and recommend these guys again for any of my HVAC needs.

One of the first people to respond to our request. came over and figured out the problem / bought a new system from him -thousands less than the closest competitor . Job done in a single day. Some issues initially, came back and got it fixed immediately.

This is a smaller company, and one that I will use in the future. He gave me several options, and explained each of them. Very reasonable pricing. Other companies tried to convince me that my options were 6-12k. I spent 3k.

He knew exactly what he was doing and he was there for us, as we desperately and last minute needed him.

This was a great experience.i was not pressured to buy a new system.he came in fixed the problem in about an hour. i asked and was given a price for a new system and he will get the job when I finish my other house repairs.

Glenn came out the day I posted the request, diagnosed the problem and a solution, but advised to replace my AC as it was almost 20 years old and had already been repaired once, in the last three years I've owned the home. I don't know what they did prior. I decided to replace it, and the amount he charged me was almost $20K less than a previous company had quoted. He and his team came out two days later and replaced my system. It's working great now! All of his team were really nice and professional. I recommend Good Value!!
