I would recommend Glen Julian to anybody that I know! I called on a Sunday he called me back within a couple hours we set a time to meet between 8 and 10 on Monday morning(he was here at 9). He had the replacement parts in his truck... totally a great experience. Coming from the trades as an employer I recognize a true professional...

I always look for a local person who really is a professional, not big company employee. I found one with Glenn Julian. What a good guy, an honest man, candid, clear, no BS. GLENN JULIAN OF GOOD VALUE WAS EXCEPTIONAL! What can I say, he came the next day, 3 days faster than anyone else could, He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair for a very fair price. Next time I will call him first.

In my message to the company, I asked for service ASAP. Glenn called the following morning (way ahead of the scheduled appointment ) and showed up within 30 minutes. The repair took no longer than 30 minutes. No pressure to buy anything, just fixed the problem. Great service!
