Mr Julian found that an insulation pad that had been glued to the top of the heating box had fallen and could have caused a blockage of heat in the future. We are grateful that he came.

Glenn quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC (burnt wires) and got us repaired and tuned up And back in business right at the beginning of a big heatwave. Glenn was able to work us into his busy schedule the next AM after calling him in the evening.

He was suppose to be at my house between 9-11 am but called and said heâ  s running late and would arrive around 1pm. He didnâ  t and didnâ  t call. I called him around 4 pm. He says he drove by but he didnâ  t stop. He asked if he could come by early the next morning and I told him never mind.
