David & his guys tore everything out & set the job up. Pour was done over 2 days. AWESOME job!!! David was so nice & friendly & HONEST!! Did exactly what he said he would do. On time. Explained everything up front with me & my husband. We will be calling him in the future for our backyard!! What can I say, it was an overall great experience & we are very happy with his work!

I would highly recommend David Morris Concrete. From the initial contact with David Morris regarding scheduling time for an estimate to the completion of the job, David was prompt, curteous and timely. I scheduled an appointment with David to come out and provide an estimate of the work we wanted done. He provided great feedback and answered all of our questions regarding the areas of our property we wanted the concrete poured. We felt that he had our best interest in mind and we felt very comfortable with using him to do our concrete work. The time came for the grading to be done to prepare the areas for concrete. The concrete was poured the next day. We love the end result and are very happy with the work that was done. We would highly recommend David Morris Concrete!

David was booked until the end of July. I wanted the job done sooner and asked him he could refer me to another contractor. He did something better and referred me to C&W concrete suppliers out of Lincoln. I went ahead and hired another contractor w/o going to C&W in the beginning.. I felt that t something was not right with the new contractors proposal so, I decided to go to C&W to get their advice.before the start date of the job. I am glad that I went there because C&W had never heard of the contractor that I had hired and that he substantially overcharged me. I cancelled my contract and saved several hundred dollars thanks to David.

David scheduled his onsite review/quoting of the requested concrete pad work. He phone twice to indicate his ETA and arrived within the indicated time. His knowledge and personality was excellent. His pricing and details were perfectly in line with what was required, the only reason I didn't choose David was due to his lead time on the job - at the time 2-4 weeks.

David Morris Concrete is very conscientous, easy to work with and gave me a good rate on the work.

It was excellent. They were on time and they did a great job. They came in and did everything that they said they would. They did an excellent finish and I would use them again.

Everything I wanted (and more) for a new driveway (damaged from years of old tree roots). David's was the best price (from three companies on your list and BBB), most thorough with estimates and offers, brought no bobcats or other heavy equipment to my busy street. He gave it a great stamped border and an extra curved walkway up to my front door (also stamped). His team worked steadily, were polite and completed the job on schedule. I've had nothing but compliments from neighbors and family. Thank you for this referral!

Contractor was prompt in responding to my call and appeared at appointed date and time. Received a written estimate and later signed a written contract. As agreed, I mailed a deposit check to contractor and I used the address on the written estimate. Ten days elapsed with no word from contractor when the check I mailed was returned by the Post Office marked "Unable to deliver - No forwarding address." Re-checking the paperwork I discovered the written contract and the written estimate had two different addresses. Checking the Contractors State Licensing Board website revealed a third address for this licensee. (Maintaining a current address on file with the licensing agency is mandated by statute and/or agency regulation.) Further, we later discovered that this contractor had seriously under-estimated the driveway square footage. (This would have led to an insufficient order for concrete causing serious completion difficulties once the concrete was poured.) Failure to update his business forms, failure to notify the licensing agency of his address change, and not following-up with me when he did not timely receive the deposit check did not leave us with any confidence.

David was wonderful to work with. He was reliable, punctual and easy to communicate with. If we had questions he always promptly returned our calls. He scheduled our job and the entire project took exactly the amount of time he projected. We are so thoroughly pleased with his work that we are now considering redoing the concrete around our pool.

David was professional, kind and punctual. He graded (leveled) my backyard properly (which was done improperly originally by the builder). He poured a beautiful patio with a meandering sidewalk that went from the patio, around the side of the house, past the front gate to the driveway. I chose a stamped pattern which turned out beautifully. David suggested a border of brushed look for my stamped patio, which I love! I have been extremely happy with his work (it's been almost a year now). Now I am in need of a driveway extension and will be contacting David for that job too!

We were extremely happy with David Morris Concrete. The price was good, the patio looks great and David was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Communication was great at every step of the process. We would absolutely use him again or recommend him to anyone.

He was amazing. He was the nicest guy and very professional. He was having health problems at this time and still came out and did the job. He did a really nice job.

I did not go with Dave, but not because of price or professionalism. I happened to get a lower quote from a family reference. I felt that if I had not had the family opportunity, I would have gone with him.

David Morris is extremely professional and did fantastic work. The work was done on time and looks fantastic. David even had my irate neighbor yell and scream at him because he started too early in her book (it was not early, she is just unemployed). But he handled it in stride, never lost his cool and was the consummate professional. He adjusted his schedule so that I could stop by on lunch and see the set up before he poured the concrete. I initially got 4 estimates; David was the only one who came to my house with pictures of previous jobs and was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly. My job was pretty small, but he gave me the attention and care I would guess he gives his larger jobs. And if that were not enough, he outbid all the other contractors without me even telling him the other process. David seems to be a honest, very hard working guy that I would hire again without a second thought.

David Morris is one of three firms we had bid on our cement job. He was the most professional, articulate, detailed and credible among the group. He discussed all of our options and suggested ways in which we could save expense. He took his time explaining and was very thorough. We asked him to replace two rather large sections of our back yard patio and match the look of the rest of the patio, which is cement with small embedded pebbles. We also asked him to replace a section of sidewalk which had been raised by a tree root. His bid was considerably lower than the two other companies. David and his coworker set a date, called twice days in advance to confirm the project, were very punctual, explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do their job and proceeded with efficiency and professionalism. They took part of a morning to remove cement and prepare the bed for laying the cement. The next morning right on time they started the pouring of cement and did the finishing work the rest of the morning. By noon they were done. During the project he answered my questions and made suggestions about how the job could be improved, giving me a few choices. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done by noon. They then cleaned the area thoroughly and presented it to me for inspection. They gave instructions on what we should do with the cement over the next few days. We are very impressed by David's communication skills, knowledge of his craft, honesty and willingness to work with us on the project. He is extremely professional, and if we need further cement work in the future, we will be sure to call him. We would recommend him without reservation or hesitation. He is a keeper.

We looked for concrete companies on Angie's list and found David Morris. He was excellent and always responsive. They showed up exactly on time and did a great job. When they finished the job they left our yard perfect and clean. Very professional !

They were fantastic great price I’m gone call when I’m gone have the rest of my concrete. The cost was 3300 $. They were willing to work with me and anything that I want and it was very reasonable and did extra stuff for me without charging me. They were terrific. They were very prompt took estimate and they were right on the job.

David came out a year ago to give me an estimate on pouring concrete in my backyard (adding to existing pad). I recently called him to let him know I was ready to do the project that we planned. I asked if he could still honor the quote he gave me back then and he found my paperwork quickly and said yes, the original quote is still good. He came out the next day to look at the backyard again (since it had been at least a year). We discussed and made sure we were on the same page and then I signed the contract and he started the job a couple of days later. He had the job done in 1.5 days! On day one they came out and dug up my horrible clay and root infested backyard and framed up the area. On day two they poured and were gone by noon! I LOVE MY NEW CONCRETE and I will call David back for my next project! He is professional, says what he means, and the concrete is beautiful! THANK YOU DAVID MORRIS!!!!

David was extremely careful. He and his crew showed up early and got the job done within the timeframe proposed. Nothing was overlooked.

After getting an estimate from David, I told him I was interested in having the work done. He came out for a site inspection and set up a tentative date. He always called when he said he would and showed up on time as arranged. He explained exactly what he was going to do. I got exactly what I wanted in a timely and efficient manner. David was a pleasure to work with.

This is a top notch company and it was a pleasure to have them do this job. They were considerate and professional. They came on the date and time that was promised. David was completely professional from the estimate to the clean up. He called when he said he would and came on time. He asked me to check at certain points to be certain he understood what I wanted. He did a wonderful job and I love it even if my dog doesn't. I would definitely hire David again.AMB

Overall, from start to finish the contractor performed in a very professional manner. Before engaging David Morris Concrete we took at least a couple of weeks to look at other jobs that had been done by this contractor, and in two cases talked to the homeowners. They praised his work. When we started the job he kept us informed as the work progressed, and answered our questions along the way. He and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. We think we got an outstanding job. The driveway looks great. David Morris, the contractor, had patiently explained all of our options before we signed a contract. And there were plenty of options to consider. From start to finish, we worked with the contractor directly. No sales staff involved. A friend had used this contractor for his home driveway replacement, and that is how we heard about him. The entry to our 22 year old home looks much better than it did when new.
