+ -1 moreThis was second move for us using C and J. First move was August/Sept of prior year, from our house to temporary housing while home builder did remediation work on our house. First move was paid for by home builder; second move (back) paid by us. We got multiple bids; C and J was competitive. Both moves were done professionally and efficiently. Movers were careful and worked with us very well in packing, unpacking and placing items. We would use them again and highly recommend them. Only reason for delay in submitting this review is that it did not occur to use to submit one earlier; not sure why.
Description of Work: Moved all household items, furniture & appliances for a 2100 sq foot 4 b.r. house, plus boxed & shelved items that occupied about 3/4 of a three car garage. Household items included a library of over 2,000 books. Move distance was short--about a block for shelved/boxed items, a few blocks from temporary housing for household proper. Furniture was repositioned, refrigerator/etc restocked, wall art rehung, books reshelved. Moving took 4 men 3 days, using full sized semi trailor/tractor, dollys, etc.
