Wonderful Service.

Excellent.

Her work is just excellent. She is a very innocent gal and everytime she comes she is happy and does excellent work. She normally spends 4 to 5 hours cleaning our home. We have been using her for over a year.

She arrived on time. She worked for the entire time she was here. She did not take any breaks.

My home was not thoroughly cleaned. I am so disappointed with the service. They ask payment by the hour, not the job. I felt like they did a $10 job, not a $120 job. There were 2 ladies who came to my home to clean. One of the employees was a very slow worker, and they spent a lot of timing talking between the two of them. They didn't dust thoroughly. I asked them to use specific cleaners on certain pieces of furniture, but they didn't even clean the furniture. They removed items from tables and didn't know where to place them back. I had some magazines and cards organized, and they moved all of these and stacked them up against the wall, leaning against oil paintings hanging on my wall. She used gloves while cleaning my toilet, but did not clean or change gloves after cleaning the toilet, thus spread germs throughout my house. I requested the cleaning ladies to rinse dust off of some porcelain collectibles with water, and they didn't have enough common sense to not get water into the collectibles. They placed the collectibles back on my 200 year old teacher's desk, and got water all over the desk. I advised them on how to clean the anniversary clock, as it's over 100 years old, as well as a collectible bird with a special glitter coating. They used a cloth to clean the bird and ended up getting fuzz stuck all over the bird. When I called to complain, I asked if she had already cashed the check, which she had. I placed a stop payment on the check as I felt they didn't do any work. The gal continued to argue with me when I called regarding my dissatisfaction. Her tone was negative with me and I will not use them in the future. They were on auto pilot during the whole process and didn't pay attention to what they were doing. I let them know they were able to come to me and ask me if they had any questions, but they never came to ask questions. She also admitted to me that she is not reporting her income to the state or federal government.

Super excellent. My wife is very picky. Besides Magdalena is a very easy to work with, willing and sweet young lady.
