Shaw's Air Conditioning & Heating

Description of Work: We had some trouble with our AC the beginning of June and I called Shaw's and they immediately sent out a tech. He took care of the problem. Weather was cool, so we did not use the AC immediately. We then started the AC and it began blowing cool air, but not enough to bring down our AC lower than 83 degrees. I contacted Shaw's after hours and they immediately came out to figure out what the problem was. It turns out that our AC was not blowing sufficient cool air to take bring down our AC from 85 degrees. While we were trying to decide what action to take, one night I woke up during the night because I smelled something burning. My husband went outside to make sure that our AC was not on fire. Turns out that our AC had finally gave out. Our house was at 89 degrees inside and Shaw's came out and brought us a portable unit to use for free. Luckily we had a service contract, so we only had to pay the regular service charge (no OT). Every time thereafter we did not have to pay a service charge until they were able to figure out what the problem was.
