I GOT THEIR NUMBER OUT OF THE YELLOW PAGES WHEN WE HAD AN EMERGENCY. HE CLEANED THE DRAIN, BUT BROKE THE COVER FOR THE CLEAN-OUT AND DID NOT TELL US. I FOUND IT BROKEN THE NEXT DAY. THE COMPANY TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO GET SOMEONE TO COME OUT. IT WAS A LOT OF WORK TO REPLACE THE DAMAGE. THEY DID NOT CHARGE FOR FIXING THE DAMAGE. THE LADY IN THE OFFICE HAD TO ALWAYS KEEP CHECKING WITH SOMEONE ELSE. SHE COULD NOT GIVE US ANSWERS.
